Italian version is imbued with hatred, as the russian version. I also liked the english one, where you feel like Vader is not exactly anger, but more like very confident and aware of his superior satuts.

Fun fact about the italian version: Darth Vader refers to Krennic in a very polite form (he refers to him as "lei" instead of "tu", a form of language that doesn't exist in the english language but it's ment to show the highest respect to someone) which makes the scene even better because Vader is terrifying and choking someone while being perfectly polite.
In the French version ("vous" instead of "tu") as well
german has such a form, too. Generally addressing someone in a conversation like "you" in english, in german you say either "Du"(informal for you) or "Sie" (polite, formal variation)
@@paolobignardi2131 I think it's more formal in Italian. In french you'd say "vous" to anyone you're not very close to. In Italian, "tu" is more frequent.
In spanish Vader keeps the politness too, by refering to Krennic with "sus" (formal) instead of "tus" (informal) or with "cuide" instead of "cuida" or "le" instead of "te"

Italian was the best, the intonation and the voice was identical to the english version
The Italian distribution made quite the big deal out of the fact that they employed the original voice actor (of the Italian dub) for Rogue One
Thats not the point of a voice acting. Some languages/cultures create certain emotions through talking differently not through talking exactly the same. Its not the objective of voice actors to try to sound ecactly the same as the original actor's voice!

The thing languages like German an Russian have all this cut words and the that makes the words which the voice actors speek more dark and intense? and languages like French and English are so smooth and that makes it not so evil, nothing against English and French, I love this two languages.

I can't really pick one of these as my favorite. I like that English, Brazilian Portuguese, German and Czech sound like how Vader usually regards imperial officers: he is machine like with his contempt that he barely acknowledges their existence. But also like that how in Italian, French, Latin Spanish and Russian it sounds that he's more aggressive and you can hear in his voice that he's disgusted by them.

I feel like the older James Earl Jones becomes, the more intimidating and deeply angry Darth Vader’s voice sounds.
Russian sounds the most badass and angry to me (not the language, but how Vader speaks it,) and while I felt that Italian and German sounded awesome too, my second and third choices would actually be Brazilian Portuguese and Latin Spanish. It sounds like it’s the original Darth Vader speaking those languages. In Brazilian Portuguese, it’s like he’s deeply immersed in the dark side, and in Latin Spanish, it’s this combination of anger and elegance. Sick!
Sebastian Llapur (the one that dubbed Vader in Latin Spanish) is good, but it doesn't compare to Federico Romano (the previous voice of Vader on the Latin Spanish dub)

Simon Lord Ich finde Englisch passt zu vielen Filmen einfach nicht. Deutsch klingt oft aggressiver und nicht so weich weshalb es mir z.B. bei Star Wars oder Herr der Ringe besser gefällt. Bei Harry Potter beispielsweise finde ich das britische Englisch am besten
