No a cork is spinning off axis, a full is a backflip not over your shoulder and then around the middle you 360 then land

I do taekwondo, I am a Provisional Black Belt going for 1st Degree Black Belt. One of the requirements to qualify to test for my 1st degree is I must create my own form. In my form, I really want to incorporate a cork for the last move, something super crazy everyone thinks, but I really think I can do it if I give it all I got. And THIS. This gave me so much hope. Isn't this just a tricker full (full from arms by side of body setup then full twist midair vertically)? Because you can indeed cork (1 leg with the swing then full 360 flip in the air with head vertical or body fully horizontal upside down on the trampoline too) :). And I also prefer shoes. Tell your wife she isn't alone up in this shoe gang! BTW my man you hit the jackpot there, and so did she.

A full is staying on axis, a cork is a broken full. Usually it’s supposed to be on one foot coming out of j step but this is a process of learning it

Sebastian no a cork is meant to be swung through and essentially not involving going backwards, more sideways/forwards (almost like a gainer) that’s not what she’s doing

My apologies but this is not cork, it's rather a back full. It's similar but the main difference, cork is made by jumping with one leg and the other swinging you around, just wasn't there
