- Today I went on a little shopping journey to Ikea and ToysRus.. and of course, I found a LEGO deal that will fuel a new city project. I went to Ikea to pick up a few new fixtures that will help with the winter village project... more on that later! In addition to all of that, the wife and I went to the Telus World of Science to check out the Art of the Brick by Nathan Sawaya!

Sorry everyone, for a moment in this video, I clearly wasn't thinking right... people in Denmark speak Danish, people in the Netherlands speak Dutch.... I know this... I just wasn't thinking while speaking, I guess... also, I am going to the Netherlands for a day, so I'm super excited about that 😊

The best purchase I made to deal with bugs in my house was a cordless Dyson stick vacuum, I've dispatched so many spiders and even wasps etc....with it and then I just take it out and release them outside.
Watched while packing up my bike for Munich on Friday, I hope you have lots of fun in Denmark and the weather is nice, and if there is video I look forward to watching it 😊
Good on you for being so honest and discussing your hearing aid. The viewer gets to know and relate to you with content like this. Interesting connection you made to the hearing issues and being quite. I also have the cookie bite hearing issue and people always talk about me being so quite, now I have an excuse to give them I never thought about.

@@hecticc316 the cozy house is a 3 in 1 so there are 3 different ways to build. The instructions for each build are included with the set
Good luck on travels to Denmark! House chore, buy a hand sprayer and chemicals and spray foundation around house twice a year.
i did the the brick artisans rebrickable models they are awesome bulds and fits on 16 x 32 baseplate

When you go to Denmark i would also reccomend taking the train from Vejle to the town of Jelling, which has a world heritage sitejust outside the station, it's where Harald Bluetooth (The person Bluetooth is named after) declared he had united Denmark, with free museum, it's great place

I've said it before and I will say it again. We get much better deals here in the UK. 20% is not enough for me. We can get the Up House and a Tie Bomber at the moment with 40% off. Also all the clone packs and Hoth stormtroopers are reduced.

I know what you are talking about. I don’t have hearing aids but I definitely need them because my right ear I am almost deaf.
Here in the Netherlands, there was a 20% on Marvel and one other serie last week. Then this week they said there will be, sale on Friends oand one or 2 others , then next week creator and one other..

I have been wearing Hearing aids since, 14, Stopprd for awhile, got new ones and it was the BEST! Mine are bluetoothed so I can use thephone easier. THANKS FOR SHARING!! PS I have Harry Potter lego room!

i know the feeling about hearing loss i don't wear mine half the time either, i had tubes a lot when i was a kid but now years later all the damage that been done to my ear drums and sinus probulms don't help even with the ear aids the fulid in my ear block the sound so when i ware them people sound like a drive thru underwater ! so there useless !

Wear those hearing aids! Eventually you’ll find some comfier models.
It took a while to get my mom into them after I noticed she just wasn’t participating in conversation as she once had.
It may be handy some times (😆), but it’s actually not good for you to cut yourself off from hearing.

Thank you for sharing your hearing stories. It should be talked about and differences should be normalized. I have hearing troubles too. Had lots of ear infections as a kid and scar tissue can’t hear certain frequencies. I can’t process certain pitches, and if it’s a voice I don’t know I may not process words being said. I have trouble processing letter sounds and I am trash at English let alone foreign languages. So thank you for sharing.

I know what it feels like I have one ear that works and one that doesn’t and I can’t hear at all on left side so everyone around me had to speak to my right and it’s tiring trying to figure out what people are saying and with accents

A few weeks ago I met you at WEM Lego store.. were were in town. we were staying at the mall for a few days, and my son was insistent that we wait till the Lego store opened on the Wednesday because he said maybe Brixsie will be there.. sure enough you were there, I asked you if he could get a picture , and I felt like you blew me off.. but now I'm realizing that you didn't hear me. And i could totally understand.. My son said to me, that's ok that I couldn't get a picture, I still got to see him in real life.

I know that day you were In a hurry because you were heading to Drumheller. I should have asked again, but didn't wanna bother you. We are both big fans, and really enjoy your videos. Ryan has started his own Lego city. Hes got the police station, fire station and I bought him the little Lego store on Wednesday, when were were at the Lego store, he was sure asking for that new Lego city set.. 8 year olds don't understand the concept of money. Lol

The sound off your hearing aid sounds artificial? I am hard off hearing as well and I have new hearing aid since 2 years. If the sound is not good, go to the shop or specialist and ask to adjust it. It is possible it is not good enough fine adjusted. Missing special frequency can be picked up by your hearing aid.
I know the feeling "not possible to follow conversations :\ " And as I am I not wear them all day long. Not really needed at home.
I wear two BAHA bone conducted hearing aids as I was born where my outer ears were where my cheeks are.

Hey there! About the hearing aids, don't worry, I am the same exact way. Its called "Unvoluntary Selective Hearing", when there's loud noises (for me even a car going by outside) during a conversation, I can't hear the person, but instead I hear the car going by....loudly. Just wanted to "chime in" and let you know, you're not alone... :)

Hi Jordan, I had to say something about the glue traps. Please please throw them out I beg of you, they are pure evil. No creature deserves to die like that. I have seen terrible things involving glue traps where other animals have been caught in them and pulled their little bodies apart trying to free themselves I know there In your basement but even spiders don’t deserve that, we need them and they are just looking for a mate they won’t be around long and you can just use a glass and a piece of card to remove them if they are bothering you. I enjoy your videos so much and watch every day. 🙏
Genuine question...Don't you have a million pieces to do a townhouse yourself? Following the same instructions to a degree? Cause those sets come with the most standard pieces and design and are fairly easy to replicate and anyone with your insanely huge inventory of parts and ability can surely build one or two townhouses easily. No?
I only ask this as a very nosy person, because I see you spending 130$ on this and having a huge unused inventory back home all for a very standard set/build 😢
