Discovered your channel last week and I want to thank you for re-awakening my love for books. A while ago I started a weird book collection and I will continue this.
I collect garden- and plantbooks from 1950 and earlier. Have a few from the beginning of 1900 and also from late 1800.
How kind. Thank you. What a lovely sounding collection! I’ve got a few old gardening books myself, mostly for display in my conservatory.

@@SquirrellyNerdyJess Oh sory! I'm definitely as nerdy 😆 I work with a lot of ISO norms at work so I'm actually fascinated they went all the way to go through the process of making the ISBN identifaction 🤔 But yeah, I'm definitely very nerdy about books xD (amongst other things)

So, if WHSmith created the (I)SBN, where did the ISMN that is used for sheet music come from? The ISO?
