Neat song, by using so many electronic sounds it obviously reminds me of starset, and i'm really excited to hear more. Specially if some songs get also heavier influences, or end up like a more experimental/chill sound like MNQN. The older albums are and will always be there, so sprinkling some creativity into the new releases is good.
Sahaj I met you a few years ago in St. Louis at a show and talked to you about how Skorn really helped me at a hard time in my life. Thank you! I love RA you are still making so much good music.

I saw them at the STL show (When I lived there) back in the pre 2k10s. While I will have missed this show, knowing Sahaj, I'm sure the roof came down!
@sorphin It was an amazing show. They played all the songs I wanted to hear. Sahaj autographed their first and newest album for me. I also got to talk with him for a minute and get a picture.

Not sure I really like this direction for Ra and I don't think it's something I'll find myself going back to frequently... But I can appreciate the importance of keeping things fresh for yourself as a musician and I'm sure these songs will be easy enough to perform in a format that we're more accustomed to!

@@trenton8724 I’ve been in bands myself for around 25 years, so actually I do understand the skill and dedication that it takes… I’m glad you like the new style, it’s just not for me personally as a middle aged metalhead but I respect Sahaj as a musician and songwriter so I tried to give him that feedback in a respectful manner

This pretty much sums up my sentiments too. Is there some convention called "Awake" or something lol? Sounds like he just threw this together with not much lyrical effort.

We saw Sahaj in Leesburg VA about 2 months ago. It was literally him and a fill in drummer. No band. Just him and tracks. He killed it but it makes me wonder if that's why this song sounds like it does. Where has Ra the band gone?

It's a sad day when one the best voices in rock cranks up the compression and autotune! Don't get me wrong, I love Ra... but, maybe not so much this Ra. This sounds like the end credit music for a Marvel movie. If it had more headroom and less tuning, it'd be great!
it's one of 6 songs coming... it's about AI and Robots coming to life... not choosing a life exclusively of hard tuning and vocoders... I promise
