    This is why people love Mitchell Hooper. It's almost like he has merged with the sport. There's very little ego, and when we see it, it's truly positive. Haviland also is one of the strongest men in the world I believe, and his practice of humility is super admirable. Like extremely admirable.

    The fact that Tom is taller is another factor. Makes that shit harder in some instances

    • @cubed0724
      @cubed0724 Před měsícem

      No, being taller makes it easier as you have longer limbs which means longer and stronger bones and more muscles naturally.

    • @lukuro
      @lukuro Před 25 dny

      @@cubed0724 No, its not always that black and white I.e longer femurs mean people will have to have different levels to ankle mobility for squats/most compound leg movements, compared to people with e.g shorter femurs, same situation for bench press, shorter arms obviously mean slightly lower ROM, it's not that black and white and there are pros and cons to both

    • @cubed0724
      @cubed0724 Před 25 dny

      @@lukuro It's easy to train ankle mobility, the point I'm making is that longer limbs give mechanical advantage so the fact he's genetically tall and built makes it much easier to lift heavier weights. He has a much greater natural advantage in strength so it's easy to lift heavy when you're genetically gifted.

    Bro I was 210 lbs 5’10” 10 % body fat and finished 2nd of my class when certified as a trainer . My strengh edge was form breathing and of course diet . He’s not just genetically gifted his form is near perfection and above normal focus . Tip if you’re lifting for failure never let the thought it’s possible you can’t just lie to yourself and know you can . Of course if it’s free weights and dangerous ask for a spot most people are happy to help for a second . Hydrate eat and supplement appropriately for your routine . Remember the harder you go the more sleep and stretching . Btw if stuck try different workouts and stretch stretches equal strength and stamina . Oh also stretching will make your muscles longer which equals leverage equals strength and bulk . If you’re new to the gym remember recovery is key so don’t go hard at first focus on form breathing and the negative on lifts . Pro tips
