When it comes to the let me speak to your manager vibes....I don't think she have asked for something totally unreasonable. My name is Sarah, and every time I hear his voice crying “Sarah!” from inside that suitcase it makes me feel SO SCARED for him and sick to my stomach knowing what happens to him. She truly is a monster if it isn’t heartbreaking to her!
"We can't find an expert willing to say what we need them to." For Sarah, I'd think that would be a massive hint she should be begging for a plea deal.
@@RDFitzwater I completely agree. The narcissist in her is simply mind boggling. Just listening to the letters about her wanting to be personally involved in every tiny aspect of her defence shows her narcissistic traits...in her head she genuinely believes that she will be found not guilty - as obviously these types of people believe that they control the narrative. I mean, her interrogation video says it all...as she keeps saying "yeah I locked him in the case & he died..but it was not intentional"! She thinks that as she apparently didn't mean for him to die, that it was an 'accident'..the police should have been "oh well that's just fine then, thanks for popping in to clear that up for us...have a nice life". Her complete lack of empathy, guilt and grief in that video is shocking to everyone else but she will never see that. xx
It always struck that no sane abused woman would lock a man in a suitcase, hurl verbal abuse at him and go to bed if she thought for one second that he could get out and potentially retaliate. She knew he was dying
Yeah one of the things for me is that, if you were genuinely scared and felt the only way away from it was his death, you wouldn't be going to bed until you were certain they were dead.
They were abusive towards eachother but for some reason I believe she was more so towards him. Physically, emotionally and verbally abusive. Her ex said that she would hit him sometimes but was able to restrain himself enough to not hit her back as much as he probably wanted to. The other guy, not so much.
She couldn’t get him into the car and called her ex husband over the next morning to help her but when he wouldn’t agree to be a part of the crime he told her if she didn’t call the cops he would. That’s the only reason the cops showed up, she 100% meant to kill him
I think she has turned down a bunch of reasonable plea agreements because she thinks she can get off without penalty because "it wasn't intentional." She is in denial that she's committed manslaughter and it's all on video.
@@nowirehangers2815 Agreed, 3rd degree isn't an option unless they can prove it was planned (doesn't look planned to me). But she should 100% be charged with 2nd degree murder. Unfortunately, the United States justice system tends to give out really weird sentences. You could do a theft for heroin and get 5 years, you can also commit a murder and probably get 15. Edit: I want to clarify, the last 2 sentences are purely my opinion and I'm also not a judge or lawyer, so my legal reading of the situation is probably wrong. Although I do think murder is a good charge.
Bruce is a champion and his son is very lucky to have him. But, it’s really weird to pat someone on the back for doing what they are supposed to do. Fathers should always be champions for their kids.
The JCS video that just released showing her interrogation is all time. At the end he says “She’s on her 7th attorney, because the first 6 all filed motions to GET THE FK OUT OF THERE.” The comedic timing is under appreciated because it comes out of nowhere lol 😂
JCS does a fantastic job of inserting humor in what are, by default, very dark videos that don't yield themselves well to laughter. The "that's not how you play hide and seek" cut-in is also well done.
@@SussexSandra oh Sandra, please don’t be mad at us for introducing you to JCS: you will not accomplish much in the next few days 🤣 it’s a brilliant youtube channel that breaks down these cases and the psychology of those that commit crimes.
I like when he points out the cufflinks Michael got him too. It is such a shining example of good, healthy father-son relationships. It's really heartwarming.
When I watched the video explaining why Bruce became a criminal defense attorney it was so inspiring. He watched his father be almost destroyed by federal prosecutors and "the system." It instilled such love for constitutional rights, and now he educates so many people through his videos (and his cases directly.) Clearly he comes from a long line of loving and effective fathers and now it's his turn to mentor his son. Great to see.
It’s the one thing I don’t like about his videos. Enough trying to put his son in the spotlight. That’s great his son is the camera man. People want to see Bruce. Not his son and him bantering. Zzzz….
They also have her on camera saying that " he's been going to his anger management classes and he's been doing so much better, we weren't even fighting. We were playing. " She's got no defense
I’d LOVE you to do a series where you do a deep dive on famous cases and break down their defense strategies and give us your opinions and what not as an expert defense lawyer. I could sit and watch you break down the Casey Anthony, Scott Peterson, Steven Avery, west Memphis three, Michael Peterson type cases for literally hours and not get bored. That would be such an insanely fun and educational series. Especially for young lawyers or law students. Also help the public understand what’s actually happening behind the scenes in these big cases from a criminal defense attorney perspective. Definitely would be a big undertaking for you and Michael both though! Lots of filming and editing.
Have you guys discovered the case of Letecia Stauch from Colorado? She murdered her 10 year old stepson, Gannon, put his body in a suitcase, hid it for sometime, then drove to Florida and threw it off a bridge. It’s a miracle that a few weeks later the bridge was being inspected by government employees for any damage and they found it. She has claimed insanity, but she’s not.
She is the one who said they were in a good point in their relationship when this happened. So she's admitting he wasn't a threat to her and she was just vengeful.
@@mclovin6039 How is saying they were in a good point at that moment....maybe not before destroying a battered woman defence? @@mandystrong8196 While we havent asked her what we were having a good day meant, it could mean anything really...I could guess...maybe she were drunk, enjoyed herself and he were somehow convinced of going in a suitcase and submitting to her will. That dont mean it were a healthy relationship and she never were a battered woman.

@@MrPaultopp while I have no doubt that most Walmart employees are people who have just been released from prison for murder, I wouldn't want her anywhere near that type of job. Do we still pay women to paint machine parts with led paint? That's the job she should be given. Or some kind of asbestos-removal position. Or what about those orphans in China that dig through toxic garbage? Let's put her there.
One thing I noticed when watching the video is that she says, “That’s how I feel when you cheat on me.” Even her battered woman syndrome defense is screwed because that gives an explanation for why she would’ve killed out of anger! She’s toast!!!
I’d like to see her phone records. She’s claimed she went upstairs and fell asleep, that’s why he stayed in the suitcase so long. But I’d be curious to see if her phone shows it was actually off/not in use or if she was just browsing the internet while she listened to him die. She is just pure evil. I hope that comes up in the trial.
I do think she knocked out bc she was drunk. She then calls her ex husband instead of 911 in the morning when she finds him dead. She was just trying to save her a$$
I might be getting my cases mixed up but I thought in her interrogation she said she went upstairs but didn’t fall asleep for 20 minutes? Maybe that’s a different case but now I need to go watch the police interview again because it’s going to bother me
Watch the police interviews with the ex husband! She called him like an hour after she took the suitcase video. An hour or close to an hour I believe. So she didn’t pass out right away.
Nobody's going to testify as an expert witness for her when they understand the details of her case. If this lady had any sense at all she would have considered whatever kind of plea deal they offered her early on to save the system time and money because there's no way she's getting out of this without a guilty verdict.

You can do that as much as you like, but I guarantee that you will not even get so much as single like of acknowledgment and gratitude from Mr. Rivers. So the 10 minutes that you spent writing your comment, was pointless.
I could never be a defense lawyer to a case where it's so painfully obvious that my client committed the crime. "I have nothing your honor." Hell, I would probably use a fake name just so I'm not even associated to the case. Hide and seek... You have to be kidding me. "Yeah Mr. and Mrs. Detective persons. We were playing 'Kick the Can' and I shot him in the face, he won the game, we were having a great time! I also had my ex-husband record the entire thing on my phone, but I was drunk so I blame the wine!"
I'm pretty sure that's why they keep quitting. They advise her to aim for the minimum sentence instead of acquittal, but she refused to accept that she might be the reason that Jorge died.
"let's say you're in jail and you're on your 7th lawyer" (just dripping with sarcasm) Love it! And she absolutely was a battered woman. But he was a battered man. They're severe alcoholics that both had a violent streak. She has no defense!
Yep, some women will just curl up in a ball if you beat them like me but other women out there will flip and kill you in ways most men can’t even think of. The only way I could fight back is growing strong enough to talk and educate others on what happens. Case after case women are creative in how they inflict torture in ways that are different than men. Like that slow suffocation was just horrific and helpless. She just has no empathy for herself, him or the world and its sad. I just wish the NSA could tell us how the fuck he got in that suitcase because we should all know. Based on her vibe and the people like her I have met my guess is they abused each other and she snapped. Somehow then I suspect she knocked him out or drugged him and he woke up in there. I would say his death is up there with being buried alive in terms of how horrible it is to feel that helpless. It makes me wonder, what happens to his soul? Does he start out born damaged like those kids that are somehow seem to be born emotionally damaged? That would explain why the world keeps getting worse, like the 6th mass extinction and slavery issue is creating more suffering than ever before. As the populations rise there are also now more slaves on earth than before in number. Depending on your definition on the spectrum of slavery it is millions or billions of people. Enslaved mentally, emotionally, spiritually and sometimes physically. But Why pay for housing or food for your slave when you can instead force them to work while homeless instead? What nations have the highest numbers of working homeless people….?? USA much? That is not allowing people the ability to pursue transcendence.
@nessy I could totally see that or something similar being the case. Damaged people damage other people. I just want them to evolve and stop the suffering already!
When this first happened there was speculation that she pushed the suitcase (after he was zipped inside) down the stairs which caused all the trauma to his body. Haven't heard that since the early days of this case. I'm sure it will come out during trial. The woman is delusional and needs serious help.
Yes, I was horrified even more ! At the thought of her “intentionally” pushing that suitcase down a stairway......and then, like you, wondered about as they seem to have forgotten to pursue that possibility.....? But, as usual, I am so very Thankful 🙏🏼 for every law enforcement personal and appreciate them all everyday.....
She can’t even say that she left him there to protect herself. She could not have been afraid of him as, in her interrogation, she repeatedly said she left the zipper partially open so he could get out when he wanted. It will be interesting to see her try the battered woman’s defense. If it works for her, I’m buying stock in suitcases.
I saw a video not too long ago where they tried out a pen against the seam of a Samsonite and it tore right through. I mean, if you need to store people in your luggage and they have no writing utensils, Samsonite is the brand for you 😂
I think on her narcisist brain maybe she didnt thougth he would die, and was like a punisment, so, "How dare he died and end her life like this, a good person like her that only helped him, How bad he did dying, and destroying her life". AFF -I know a person exactly like her
@@emvitt I agree but I think it's more like her narcissistic self didn't care if he lived or died. His death was an inconvenience to her but she wasn't upset by it because she showed in the interrogation that she seriously thought it was no big deal and thought everyone else would feel the same way because that's how little someone else's life means to a narcissist like her. That's why they are so extremely dangerous and best avoided as much as possible.
Not only was she not under threat at the time of the murder she went on and on in her interrogations about how well they were doing in general and how much they were enjoying their games and crafts evening together.
I love how the judge is trying to inform HER through what he is saying to that poor attorney- he obviously knows if you speak directly to her she thinks it’s time to perform, so this way she hears what her attorneys can’t get across to her.

@@extraordinary_ordinary Why not? He was there that morning because she called him. He said he walked in, saw the body and walked out telling her to call the police.
With all that has come out it really makes me wonder if her victim was ever her abuser. Or if she was his and just the way we view abuse made ppl believe it was him. That she would push him til he snapped and defended himself and she blamed him the way. She's textbook example of a narcissist and what she did was absolutely cold hearted.
Glad you explained mechanical asphyxiation because that's what I was thinking in the last video--doesn't matter if there's air in the suitcase; you can't get enough of it to stay alive. I think most people don't even realize this is a way you can die.
She would be a difficult client just for the horror any juror is going to feel about her letting someone suffocate like that- even if he was a terrible person.
Proper lawyers will also never want to work with a client that they think is very likely lying. Lawyers have their own licensing to worry about. They can't afford to be associated with someone who lies so freely. She would be a nightmare client for anyone. I would put money to the fact that she wants to testify, and any lawyer who has heard her tapes doesn't want her to. I can't wait to see what free lawyer ends up working her case.
I think a defense attorney could deal with that and just do the job and get it over with. But the price the system is asking an attorney to pay, is having their name forever associated with a case like this. Many among the public are going to view him or her negatively, no matter what they do. People like us can look beyond one case, because we understand that someone has to defend her... if she will let them. I'd like to see her self-represent, at this point. It's unfair on attorneys to have to rep her, given the intense public spotlight.
@@islandlife756 -I do think everyone deserves to receive competent counsel, but she dug herself a pretty deep hole with her initial statements that clearly don’t line up with her accidental recording. The nerve of asking for a cigarette to calm one's nerves after the adrenaline dump that just transpired! I swear people are such judgmental & self-righteous hypocrites. They never hold themselves to anywhere near the same standards. On another note, Sarah didn't "stuff him in a suitcase"... let's not forget, the complete fool got in willingly & LET HER zip him into a vulnerable position, knowing that she was completely drunk AND that they had a rocky relationship & had badly treated her in the past! So let's not twist the facts & claim she is totally culpable; HE is ALSO partially responsible for his own demise! Neither of them would be in this position if not for his stupidity and poor treatment of her as well! I also object to the self-righteousness of everyone in these comment sections who love to make these grand assertions & pot shots against people they don't even know based on a snapshot of someone's life. They say with such superiority that Oh SHE'S EVIL & the most difficult person who EVER walked the earth, she's a narcissist & a monster!! Do any of you self-righteous hypocrites even know her?? Do you judge YOURSELVES as scrupulously? Sarah made a very stupid, reckless decision while very drunk & all the anger at the abuse got a hold of her. Also her desperation has likely brought out the very worst of her character in the interrogation, which is where most people judged her & wrote her off as trash. Another point is if he had never abused or mistreated this woman, she wouldn't have been tempted to get back at him when given the opportunity. Not that it was right by ANY means that she didn’t let him out, but you reap what you sow; he sowed violence & he reaped violence.

I have been following this case. Her battered wife defense is a joke. If you listen to the detectives' interviews and the details, Brian, her ex husband said that Sarah is the type of alcoholic that drinks until the alcohol runs out. She can't stop drinking after a couple glasses. Jorge and Sarah were both drinking all day that Sunday. I'm sure Jorge got into the suitcase as a fun thing. It was probably like "Let's see if you can fit in the suitcase. That would be funny" kind of thing. That night Sarah had twice as much alcohol available because Jorge was in the suitcase and couldn't drink the alcohol that was meant for him. The main video was made at 11:12 p.m. Jorge had already been in the suitcase for a while because he was complaining about not being able to breathe and the suitcase was on the first floor. The suitcase started out on the second floor. Sarah pushed him down the stairs in the suitcase. The next door neighbors heard that. The detectives think that she beat him with a baseball bat that they found near the suitcase. She beat him while he was in the suitcase. They have a history of domestic violence. She didn't want to let him out because she knew that he would have kicked her ass. But here is the thing that makes it murder: Sarah didn't wake up until Brian called her the next afternoon around 12:30 p.m. Jorge had already been in that suitcase for over 13 hours. He must have already been dead and silent in the suitcase before Sarah went to bed. She must have been up drinking until 2:00-3:00 in the morning. She had twice as much alcohol available that night. She must have known that he was dead. She thought it was a good idea at the time. She probably felt like she was not responsible for it. It wasn't like she was pulling a trigger or beating him to death. She just wasn't going to let him out. "That's on you." "That's my name. Don't wear it out."
I would like an update review of Courtney Clenney, the OF model. So much more has come out. I’d love your take on her defense strategy. Long time subscriber. Great video, as always! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The interrogation in this case was awful, perhaps the worst I've ever seen. There was no technique involved whatsoever, and to crack a narcissist, they must be painted as the victim. The Watts case is a perfect example of doing this properly. The detectives here just argued with Boone.
I think the male interrogator did have a few good ideas though, they were just not in snyc, cutting each other off. However it is always easy from outside and not so much from the inside.
@@imolalajos8724 He had a few moments that were cut off, yes, but even from the inside, there should always be an interrogation strategy. It simply wasn't there. The video taken by the accused didn't require them to get a confession, but there's still a level of professionalism that should be observed. It's very possible they're untrained, but all officers should know to talk less and listen more. The first officer on scene wasn't a detective but was a far better example of how to conduct an interview.
It was the female detective that was fuckin it all up. The male would actually set a course for every important details to be shared but the female would cut that off and steer towards something trivial... This is not an attack on females in general, I am just saying male and female because I do not have names. I am completely confident in female detectives ability to match, if no outdo, male detectives in interrogations. I figured I'd throw in that disclaimer before someone try to imply something to me that isn't accurate.
Yeah I agree but also agree with the replies saying they didn’t even need the interrogation because they had proof already and she admitted she did it. Most interrogators I’ve watched all act like the nice cop trying to gain trust and make them think they’re on your side and then hit it with the evidence at the end. The only thing they could’ve done that for is finding a motive, however I’m sure they didn’t want to hand her a self defense idea of a motive since she’s so dumb to think of it herself so that makes sense to me lol
I watched the interrogation of this alcoholic and I couldn’t believe the investigator really played the video of him calling her name while she was trying to give her ridiculous excuse. I was like wow really 🤣😎

This is one of the most disgusting crimes that I've heard of. She is completely without a shred of conscience or humanity. It actually made me feel ill.
Every time I have heard from LawTube about this woman’s letters, they say “she must be a pain BUT her lawyers need to include her in the case” one guy forged her signature on a letter for her waiver of appearance. She’s writing to the judge because no one else will read what she sends
How the F do you know she wasn't an abused woman??? What a stupid & baseless assertion, especially despite all the arrests & police contact during their violent relationship! @@k74728I’m sure that “expert” would be willing, if Boone had the money that Heard had access to. Unfortunately for her, it seems like the state is pretty stingy. 😂
In a civil matter (divorce) the only time I have ever texted my attorney was when there was an urgent matter, like urgent, like my ex was breaking a no contact order and broke into my house or tried to take one of the kids after he went to reunification therapy. They texted or called right back. Otherwise you learn each email, call, etc. costs you money and you have a draft email of all of your questions you send every so often (once a month, maybe, depending on when events are happening in your case). If a client I work in with in a non lawyer situation called me multiple times a day I would be absolutely crazy and turn my phone to sleep mode. I wouldn't even want it to ring, just go to voicemail and I will deal with that person later.
I don't doubt that Sarah Boone is insufferable but that doesn't change the fact that this current attorney hasn't done his job properly. He wanted off the case and for the longest time wouldn't even meet with her or answer her calls. The judge had to set him straight on that one. How are you supposed to come up with a defense strategy if your own attorney won't talk with you and goes against your wishes when you have the right to be in the courtroom even for these kinds of things. If even 1/10th of her complaints in her letters to the judge are real then this attorney needs to be reprimanded. I honestly don't believe him that experts don't want to be involved because of how much press this case has gotten. Yeah, it looks really bad for her but she still deserves a robust defense. I have a really bad feeling that most of those irreconcilable differences with these lawyers is that they want to her to plea out so that they can clear the case and she refuses. Which is her right.
This is exactly what is happening. They know she is in denial about her situation and that she will probably insist on taking the stand, too. She thinks she can convince a jury that she's innocent when all of what happened is right on video.
You apparently didn't follow along with her letter. She talks about his consistent references to his phone needing activation. How can he consistently refer to anything without having frequent communication with her? And if you don't believe potential defense experts don't want to touch this case with a 10 foot pole, go have a look at what the state of Florida pays for expert testimony. About as much per hour as a sack of groceries costs. She refuses plea deals? What has the state offered, do tell.
Bruce, dude, she's like the goose that's laying the golden egg for you! If you take on her case, you'll have mega viral subscriptions and ratings! We need to start a petition to convince you to take her case!
I reckon the experts on battered women are saying to her lawyer that men who batter women, don't willingly climb into suitcases or get into situations where they are vulnerable. My guess is they had drunken fights, he probably did hit her but she gave as good as she got.
Letecia Stauch, the Monster. Would love to see you cover her idiocy in the Courtroom, mainly when she was flipping the bird to everyone in the room, including the Judge.
I recognize that name. She killed a kid, right? Possibly a kid she was a nanny for, or a stepmother? I hadn't heard any of the courtroom nonsense, just the arrest. I will definitely look that up now!
I enjoy seeing judges deal firmly with people like her. Here in New Zealand they usually don't take any crap from them. Civil rights are respected, but their ability to cause further pain to the families of the deceased is brought to an end. Participating by video link is a great way to do that.

I thought that defendants were not allowed to, or highly discouraged from, contacting the judge at all. She’s a really terrible person. I really hope that Jorge’s family and friends find peace and that Sarah’s little boy comes away from this situation unscathed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the victims in this case.
The only legitimate reason for a represented defendant to contact the court directly is if they have a problem with their lawyer and are requesting a new one. It sounds like that has been the reason she's been writing to the judge.
As much as I shudder of how Boone's victim must have felt during that brutally slow death, how deeply sad for his daughters and how much of an eerily narcissistic person Boone is, I wish to thank you for the moments of laughter that help to let out the tension. This Boone person is not a monster as they are myths, and she is not an animal as animals kill out of fear or when hunting. She is a slimy piece of a human being. Thank you for the time you give to educate your audience.
I've watched the video on this girl, Sarah! She was pretty entertaining to watch. You have to know that any attorney that see's her name goes running the opposite direction! Lol! Anyway, great content as always. I'm wearing your snitches hat most days!!! See ya soon!!
What happens if nobody will testify on her behalf? Does the trial proceed anyway? Does the defense just rest instantly? How would that work? And is that automatically grounds to appeal? Sarah could be stuck in an endless loop of her own making.
Anyone want to start a bet that she’s going to go against her lawyers’ advice and testify? What’s the over/under she claims she was a straight A student on the stand like she did during interrogation?
The fact that she hasn't gone for a plea deal shows how detached from reality she is. No contrition at all. I know the state isn't allowed to introduce character, but really all they need to do is play the videos from the scene and the interrogation and that will tell the jury all about her character, without them saying a word.
I appreciate you speaking well of the PD’s. My son was a PD and they do have a great number of cases and their support staff are also carrying a heavy load. Keep up the great work.
She's a narcissist and as such is her own worst enemy. Tsk tsk. And she's refused all plea deals. I guess she believes she can talk her way out of a murder conviction.

My thoughts exactly!
I don’t think she will ever accept a plea deal. I may be wrong, but she’s too much of a narcissist to ever admit guilt.
Her complete lack of empathy, guilt and grief in that video is shocking to everyone else but she will never see that. xx
It's not my problem you can't breathe "I'm Thargongwa" ruler of the suitcase dimension.
Not intentional!
It always struck that no sane abused woman would lock a man in a suitcase, hurl verbal abuse at him and go to bed if she thought for one second that he could get out and potentially retaliate. She knew he was dying
Or already dead
Yeah one of the things for me is that, if you were genuinely scared and felt the only way away from it was his death, you wouldn't be going to bed until you were certain they were dead.
They were abusive towards eachother but for some reason I believe she was more so towards him. Physically, emotionally and verbally abusive. Her ex said that she would hit him sometimes but was able to restrain himself enough to not hit her back as much as he probably wanted to. The other guy, not so much.

I think she has turned down a bunch of reasonable plea agreements because she thinks she can get off without penalty because "it wasn't intentional." She is in denial that she's committed manslaughter and it's all on video.

Is she were as smart as she thinks she is, she would’ve had a big jug of ice water in her hands and a pack of ciggies stored in her bra for later use.
But she’s a dum*ass drumkard that thought she could get away with murder by yakking her mouth off incessantly.
Stupid is as stupid does.
Let’s give 100% credit for being stupid.
Commenting on this for a push. Great idea for a video!
Yeah I'm here for that one!
You don't need to put much effort into an interrogation when you have a video.
Thanks guys!
This is the most bizarre crime.
😳
I watched the interrogation of this alcoholic and I couldn’t believe the investigator really played the video of him calling her name while she was trying to give her ridiculous excuse. I was like wow really 🤣😎
Bruce I Love your take on this one and told EVERYONE I know to watch your take on it.They think you are so FN funny.I saw Sarah's entire Interrogation probably 8 months ago and DIED laughing then. LOVE WHAT YOU DO AND IF IM EVER IN TROUBLE IM CALLING YOU!!!!!❤❤❤❤
How many continuances can can she get before the judge realizes she's playing 'hide n seek' with the court system?
😂😂😂
so glad you're covering this!!!
This is one of the most disgusting crimes that I've heard of. She is completely without a shred of conscience or humanity. It actually made me feel ill.
The channel where I hit the like button before the video starts....
Same. 🥰
I think you are ready for your own show, like Dr Phil , your entertaining, witty , make us laugh , and just enjoyable to watch .Well done.

Bruce..not only are you an amazing criminal lawyer...but you have the most fun and wonderful personality too!!.. love your work !!❤👌😃💕
Every time I have heard from LawTube about this woman’s letters, they say “she must be a pain BUT her lawyers need to include her in the case” one guy forged her signature on a letter for her waiver of appearance. She’s writing to the judge because no one else will read what she sends
It's hard to imagine anyone associated with actual battered women wanting to tie themselves and their cause to this particular case.
Exactly! This kind of woman is the kind that gives REAL battered women a bad name.
Maybe she can get the lady who said Amber was a battered woman from the Depp trial 🤪
How the F do you know she wasn't an abused woman??? What a stupid & baseless assertion, especially despite all the arrests & police contact during their violent relationship! I swear the judgmental superiority & self-righteous hypocrisy here is disgusting. I would wager that none of you hold yourselves to anywhere near the same standards
@@FreedomAndJustice4All speaking as a survivor of 10+ yrs DV, if i was to discover a video of myself doing _that_ to my abuser - regardless of how threatened/terrified/psychologically unstable i was - i'd 1) turn myself in and take whatever charge they throw at me, or 2) kms. i'm a danger to the public at that point.
life-altering trauma happens to rotten people too; enduring it won't make you better, it speeds up the rot
From what I hear, a lot of the experts are siding with the state, so that part could have some truth to it.
@Morrigon Ghoulsli. Absolutely right!perfectly put
She doesn't deserve Jack squat!!!!
I am so pleased to have discovered your channel.
Best wishes from Bulgaria.
@@forallthestupidshit3550 yes, step-monster to 11 yr old Gannon Stauch 💙Burned him with a candle, stabbed, shot, and dumped his body off a bridge in a suitcase in another state😢💔
She is pleading not guilty by reason of insanity 😡 She’s a narcissist psychopath and is absolutely disgusting! She sits in court upright and alert until the jury comes in then she slumps and acts ‘insane’ in front of them. She’s a murderer and she’s a fruitcake alright, but she is not insane! She knew exactly what she was doing and knows exactly what’s going on, she’s vile.
I want him to react to the video of her trying to escape while being extradited back to CO and getting put in a rear naked choke hold. Lol that was satisfying af.
They would be the perfect cellmates.
“How do you get someone in a suitcase?”
The guy obviously got in voluntarily, and then she refused to let him out. The domestic abuse was probably going both ways.
Well....to be fair we dont even know if she is the only criminal, she might have had help. But yeah I don't think so either.
I'm predicting a speedy jury decision on this one.
I immediately clicked!!! BR is the only one who breaks this down with sense! And thank you to his brilliant Son too!!!
It looks so bad on her that she’s going through 6-7 lawyers. So bad.
😍 may I simply note that “ I really love Bruce Rivers “ and take heart that such an intelligent and kind man is overseeing that the rules of our society are enforced 🤗😍🤗
"To get an expert from Samsonite"... ok, that one got me. 😂😂😂
You’re with all the victims in this case? As in suitcase? 🤣
@@thomasdalton1508 thank you for the legitimate reply.

Hi Bruce and Michael so glad to see you guys! Awesome content
I love Bruce’s sense of humor!
What happens if nobody will testify on her behalf? Does the trial proceed anyway? Does the defense just rest instantly? How would that work? And is that automatically grounds to appeal? Sarah could be stuck in an endless loop of her own making.
She might want to represent herself. I wouldn't put it past her.
@@springfauna1465 oh man! Can you imagine?

I absolutely love the way you break down and explain this case and any other. Thank you for your knowledge.
Anyone want to start a bet that she’s going to go against her lawyers’ advice and testify? What’s the over/under she claims she was a straight A student on the stand like she did during interrogation?
Oh, she's going to testify. The cross examination will be interesting, to say the last.
@@doom4067 lol yes, my comment was a year ago- things have definitely taken a turn since then huh? Interesting indeed. I’ll have my popcorn ready. 😅
“Because she stuffed him in a fucking suitcase” but the laugh… I spat on my phone at that bit. So funny!
The fact that she hasn't gone for a plea deal shows how detached from reality she is. No contrition at all. I know the state isn't allowed to introduce character, but really all they need to do is play the videos from the scene and the interrogation and that will tell the jury all about her character, without them saying a word.
The prosecution would have to offer a plea deal. I doubt they have, since they have her videos and interrogation.
The "luggage expert" was very funny, Bruce. I chuckled.
Sarah doesn't like when she calls out for help and her cries for help go unanswered ironic huh

Guilty goes on your record though? Right?
You haven’t got to your e sign promoting and I’m laughing already😂 looking dapper Bruce ♥️🏴
She should get LIFE WITH NO PAROLE.
