- Allah Almighty has informed humanity through His prophets and messengers that there is an avowed enemy [2:168] known as Satan (Iblis or Shaytan, once known as Azazil) who has sworn the destruction of humanity out of envy and hatred, and that it attacks us from a place where we cannot see [7:27].
His primary power is the ability to whisper into the hearts of human beings [114] and so use us to destroy ourselves. Yet his goal is to rob us of purpose and to maximize human suffering. He does this through leading us away from sacred servanthood into materialism and self-indulgence, and away from our temporal purpose as mothers and fathers.

I shall play the role of Satan's defender to create a interesting dialogue with who ever wish to dance with my humble ass...I am agreeing with almost every ideas shared by Ihsan Alexander on this channel, but on a few points we have some divergences that need to be negotiated peacefully. The nature of EVIL is one of these hot topics. From my friendly perpective : God's nature is love = light = energy = pur information. And according to modern science : LIGHT has a physical measurable reality, whereas DARKNESS is just an ABSTRACT IDEA for naming the ABSENCE OF LIGHT. So DARKNESS has NO physical existence, except in our mind or system of beliefs about the world. I think that the same applies to GOD / SATAN : the 1st is real like light / the 2nd is an idea like darkness. This explains why in St John's apocalypse is given this advice that : the devil can frighten you, but can not kill you. All this can be debated, as I have not God's omniscience
