As others below have already pointed out, Kamen Rider is an OLD franchise, starting in 1971 and still going strong today! It's considered the sister show to Super Sentai, which Power Rangers adapted and used footage from. It's a Tokusatsu shows, which employs a wide variety of digital and practical effects in its shows.
This video is of the Heisei Riders, the shows from around 2000 to 2019. Unlike Power Rangers, the show has 1 or 2 Riders doing the action, sometimes 3 or more depending on the season, which is a yearly format. Currently we're in the Reiwa Era, 2019-Present Day.

Super Sentai is the original source for Power Rangers that started in 1975, Kamen Rider is even older as it started in 1971 by the same creators( this video only has the openings for the 2000-2019 era of rider, otherwise called the "Heisei Era) , Kamen Rider is mostly targeted for older kids and teens while Sentai and Power Rangers are for the younger crowd,there were two attempts to bring the rider series to the west which was Saban's Masked Rider( so badly made it is best left forgotten to the sands of time and can be blamed for why Kamen Rider never truly caught in America like Power Rangers), and the more fondly remembered Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, that one was unfortunately cut short and not promoted well due to good old 4Kids, it did have an audience in Japan oddly enough.

Rider is so cool and i wish it was given a real shot in america. Saban's masked rider killed any chance early rider had, and even dragon knight couldnt catch any eyes. At least tokushoutsu is subbing a few series for totally free on their site. (Geats is so good, but zero-one is a good starting point to get a good feel for what kamen rider is)
Man dragon knight was actually pretty good, unfortunately the network completely screwed it over in terms of timeslots. It was such a pain trying to find out when it was coming on. Doesn't help it was never released on dvd or anything so the only way to watch it is youtube.

I skipped Ex-Aid for a while because I didn't like the suits, then I went back and it turned out to be one of my favorite seasons.
As for a Kamen Rider who combines all of them, There's actually at least two who's main gimmick is doing exactly that.
Decade can turn into copies of different riders with Cards and use a "final form ride" to turn riders into special weapons.
Zi-O can turn riders into armors for him to wear, and use any rider's powers at will.
There's a third guy, ReVice, that technically has different powers based on riders, but they're only loosely inspired aesthetically.
