You can, it is at the console settings
You should be able to, only reason you wouldn’t is if you’re already in a party and one of the players is on a different platform

You will always have the aiming advantage while playing on pc.

It's terrible on console but plays great on pc, plus most people play console on a 60hz tv
Ur just bad it’s fine on console u can run 120+
Some pc players would say terrible at pc cuz driver fails, hardware issue, for me on xsx it runs wonderfull in 120hz mode, fast loading times and till now no graphic bug or missing sound or sound bug or else which needs a restart
