    Hello,
    Is it possible to monitor the electric current of each motor of a FANUC CRX 10iA/L and use that data as input for the code?
    I plan to use this information to stop the robot's movement when it makes contact with a workpiece. Then I can activate the "stop code" to halt the robot and subsequently activate the "gripper on" to pick up the workpiece.
    Do you have any ideas for improving this stop-and-pick-up process? I would greatly appreciate it if we could discuss this further.
    1. How to detect the workpiece
    2. How to stop the robot after detection
    3. How to proceed to the next step
    Thank you.

    Hi Thanks for the very clear explanation. I am a videographer that have a kuka robot for the video camera. I would like to link between the robot points timing and external focus motor. Is it possible? and how do I get the timing info of the robot movements? And if you can please shar this info with a video? thanks

      @FutureRoboticsChannel  Před rokem

      I'm not quite sure what info do you need. Do you want to know the time that robot needs to travel from point to point ?

  • @elmostafanaitcharifchrifi6545

    Thanks a lot for your videos, please, How can I check a condition and stop at the point or do an aproximation mouvement depending on the condition. if anyone else can help will be great!

    Hi. I have a question unrelated to this video. Didn't you use to have videos about ABB robots on your channel? Why are they gone? Thank you!

    • @FutureRoboticsChannel
      @FutureRoboticsChannel  Před rokem +1

      I have 1 video where I explain "how to jog a robot" and there is FANUC, KUKA and ABB, but I haven't made any ABB videos yet 🙂

      @@FutureRoboticsChannel Hi! Thank you for your reply. My bad. I remembered I watched your videos to learn about Fanuc robots a year ago and saw there were videos about another robot, too. I thought it was ABB's, I guess I was wrong. I'm glad to see those Kuka one's, too. I work in an industry where all brands of welding robots can be present. Your videos are really helpful. Thank you again!

      @@pingmetal Thank you for the kind words. I hope you are having a lot of fun with programming those!
      Do you have any preferred brand of the robots ?

    • @pingmetal
      @pingmetal Před rokem

      @@FutureRoboticsChannel Yes, it's a lot of fun! That's a great question. As my educational background and also hobby are computer programming oriented, KUKA and ABB robots seem to be the ones I'd like the most, however I don't have much experience with those as I work in Japan and they aren't used here. My very short experience with KUKA robots showed me their teach pendant is probably the one I'd like the most, unlike the ABB one which I'm not fond of because of the small screen that makes it hard to program. Your KUKA videos will come in handy if I have to support clients in other Asian countries. Besides my preferences, I mainly use FANUC and YASKAWA robots which are great, too. I'm also exposed to OTC DAIHEN, KAWASAKI and KOBELCO robots.

    Hi, can you make a circle by using "Lin" motion commands in Kuka robot? If yes, how many motion points are required (points approximately)? To make a circle of 50 mm radius

    • @FutureRoboticsChannel
      @FutureRoboticsChannel  Před rokem +1

      I have never tried making a circle using LIN motion, you should use CIRC motion.

    • @pubgindia4119
      @pubgindia4119 Před 11 měsíci

      Yes we can do it by giving 10 points with 5mm distance between them.
