HIT THE BELL & TELL A FRIEND ABOUT ME. - Zábava
THANK YOU ALL FOR WATCHING & Subscribing!! Question: Where did Prince's Guitar Go!!?
it's job was done✨
His technician grabbed it if you look closely he runs behind him grabbed it and was out just as fast
This was in honor of George Harrison (Beatles, he wrote this & Eric Clapton played on the original recording. ❤️
It was a mic drop moment
A blinding light from heaven shined down on it then it ascended... Obviously
He threw his guitar to God to hold til he got there RIP Prince
Perfect comment!❤️
@@beesnort3163 ✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿💜🕊️💜🕊️💜 ☮️💜🕊️✌🎧🎶🎤 W O W! 😮 mind = blown 🤯 That is why Prince was the G O A T!!
💔💔💔
MrsRobinson0741 he will always be the MOST beautiful person on the planet! My goodness was he stunningly gorgeous!
@@beesnort3163 THE M O S T B E A U T I F U L M A N
The guitar went back into Princes realm which is a split from our dimension. He may summon it again if ever needed. That is just how cool he is
Crazy how much Dhani looks like his dad at that age.
Tom Petty( the first guy to sing), Jeff Lynne(the curly haired guy that sang second) and Steve Winwood(playing the Hammond organ) were all old and dear friends of George Harrison. Petty and Lynne were even bandmates with him in one of the original "supergroups" The Traveling Wilburys. And the young kid playing acoustic guitar is George's son Dhani. But let's be honest, Prince blew the roof off with his solo.
Prince was an all around music fan and genius... he loved the Beatles as much as anybody.. I heard Dave Grohl saying that Prince had invited him to jam on the drums with him. and I think they played Led Zeppelin... Prince knew no style, no sub-culture... nothing was off limits... he knew music and that's all.
@@ponfed he was one of the most amazing men in my opinion. He didn't see lines between cultures, anything racial, sexual, musical, nothing was off limits.
It’s hard to find any artist who matches up with Prince when you think about all the things he did at a high level. Musical Genius!
The closest is Edgar Winter (all-around)
Prince was an artist and his voice and guitar skills were just part of the package that made him Prince.
He is one of the greats.
Zappa
@@williamtauriello1581 Yeah, I agree.
The only one that come close of the ones I know of is Zappa.
RIP Prince and Tom Petty, the world is a better place for having your music in it.
A reporter asked Eric Clapton how does it feel to be the best guitarist in the world, his response.............I don't know, ask Prince 🤘😎🤘
Perhaps, but the same thing happened to Einstein, and he responded with Telsa.
Princes middle finger to the critics for leaving him off the 100 greatest guitarist list. A truly iconic performance, intensified by the presence of George's son and doppelganger!! Great job and thank you!!!
Prince is the most criminally underated guitarist ever. Thank you for reacting to this.
Shit yeah. It's a damn shame it took his death for best guitarist lists and such for him to finally start getting his due. They slept on his shredding skills for almost his entire life.
And drummer, and keboardist, and director, and producer, and writer, performer, dancer, singer. The G.O.A.T.
Me watching: wait till Prince comes out
Tom Petty - Lead singer, blonde hair. Jeff Lynne - the falsetto singer with the glasses, lead singer of ELO (you know Mr. Blue Sky). Steve Winwood is on the organ in the back. Dhani Harrison, George Harrison's son, is to the right of Tom Petty. Here's a good article on the performance www.nytimes.com/2016/04/28/arts/music/prince-guitar-rock-hall-of-fame.html
I was going to send him the link to this article, but read the comments first and found that you did it. Great article, right? I'm so happy that Prince showed up and showed out to put that first guitar soloist to shame!!! Great performance!!!
Thanks for the article, I didn't know about the other lead guitar player.
So shout out to Marc Mann for those guitar solos during the song, he nailed all 'em!
@@Qliphirot Yeah, but Prince nailed it, got some lumber and other stuff and built a HOUSE!!! Ha!!!
Prince was an amazing musician. He was very underated as a guitarist, because most people just think of him as a pop star and not a serious musician. There was so much talent on that stage overall, just an amazing watch.
@@russellrogers3260 he wrote so many classics both in the 70's and 80's long before the public realised who he was.
A few months before this performance, Rolling Stone put out an article on the 100 greatest rock guitarists of all time and Prince was not on the list. The rumor was that Prince went off like he did as sort of an "F You" to Rolling Stone for leaving him off the list.
To be fair tho, was Prince really a “rock” guitarist? An incredible player no doubt about it but not sure he fits that category
@@mistermixter1 was Jimi Hendrix a rock guitarist? Prince definitely is a genre of his own but I think you have to start with rock. Where would you place him?
@@michaeljimson6918 I certainly consider Jimi Hendrix a rock guitarist. Prince, I don’t tho. What’s a “rock” song from Prince? I suppose Purple Rain fits but nothing else comes to mind. It’s all semantics, Prince should definitely be in the top 100 list of guitar players
@@mistermixter1 "Let's Go Crazy"
@@jp3813 There you go! That's it. Prince was clearly one of THE BEST guitarists ever.
So many dead legends on stage right here!! EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.. is a legend!!
FULL BODY CHILLS when Prince takes off on this one. Every. Damn. Time. 🙌🙏🥶
Prince will forever be the King of Cool. What a musician, what a lyricist, what a vocalist, what an artist, what a showman, what a legend.
My man! Fans of Prince knew he was a great guitarist, but when this originally aired, it was revealed to the rock world that he could do it better than most and always could. Just look at Dhani Harriison's reaction.
Check out Prince's version of "Motherless Child." It's fantastic.
oh yeah....no doubt he could have been a guitar extraordinaire if he had wanted to
💗 💖 💘 💝 💟
People who know on guitars know that he is great guitarist for decades. The guitar knowers not the pop knowers.
This is a nice reminder of how great Prince was at guitar, even though he is well known for many other things.
He is actually most well known for this, being good on many things.
Aww shit, get my wine. Honey, let,me tell you. I have been in LOVE with
that tiny, beautiful genius since I was ten! When he died, I lost my damn mind. My kids threatened to put me in the hospital. I was so sick for weeks! I had nightmares for months. Damn near broke me. I still got questions! I work at an arena in Detroit. There’s a poster of him in the employee hallway. I touched it every day I worked there. He introduced me to allll the music I listen to today. My playlist is vast. I still feel like a rock and roll widow...
🤣🤣🤣🖤
I know the feeling! living and growing up in Minneapolis Prince was always on my radar but somehow when he passed away I felt as if I had lost a very dear friend. I was at work when I heard and I too lost it. My co-workers thought I had been drinking and I immediately left work and headed out Paisley Park. So you don't have to say anything... just know that when I say that I know... _I know!_
I know the feeling. I've been a fan since 1978 when he came out with Soft and Wet. I'm so glad I got a chance to see him perform. I also did the tour of Paisley Park
1978 I was 12. Been absolutely devoted fan ever since Soft and Wet until today!
@@susanh6492 Soft and Wet 1st song of his that I fell in love with. Rocking with him for 42yrs
Prince! One of the most badass guitar players that ever lived. RIP dear purple one. You schooled them all that day.
Best showcase of Prince's amazing talent!!! R.I.P. Sir Prince!!!
If Clapton's solo was gently weeping on the original, Prince's was uncontrolled sobbing
Prince and Steve Winwood two of the most under-rated guitar players of all time.
Prince is like watching a ballet on strings! Beautiful to see!
Prince was low key the best guitarist ever, and he did that as a side thing. Dude was a beast on that thing, his swag trumps anyone and for me that's enough.
To answer you Jeff Lynn was the guy with the curly hair and goatee in a hat,Tom Petty(RIP)was the lead singer,Steve Wynwood on keyboard,Dhani Harrison younger looking dude
Kinda hard to say that, you got guys like Stevie Ray Vaughan that are definite contenders. I'll call the swag category a tie, but I'll say that Prince had more of a "flair" than anyone else. Prince was definitely under appreciated though. This might have been his best live performance other than the half time superbowl show in a tropical storm. (Degree of difficulty for the win)
Not close to the best ever, but definitely was great
I personally think the two greatest guitarist alive right now are Derek Trucks and Marcus King.
Hell I barely even noticed he was there until his solo. The look of pure joy on George Harrison's son's face when prince starts the solo is fantastic.
Too many guitarists out there to say he was the best, knock it off with these ridiculous statements
Dhani laughing, as Prince goes to town on his guitar (and nearly falls backwards off the stage...) - priceless!
Prince just slays it. SRV would be proud.❤️
There should be a picture of Prince in the dictionary next to the word "swagger"~ he had it in spades, with the talent (Genius) to back it up. How I wish he'd stayed around longer~ but heaven is havin' a big'ole party 💜💜💜
It tears me up listening to this. RIP George. All his best friends still carry on his legacy still to this day.
*THIS IS A TRIBUTE TO GEORGE HARRISON (Beatles) WHO WROTE THIS HIT SONG MANY YEARS AGO!*
Mr. Roach : Eric Clapton played guitar in the original version.
And George’s son Dhani is on 6 string, standing behind Tom
There's nobody as good as Prince.
We knew Prince was an artist, but we didn't know he was also a magician!!
George's son was in HEAVEN playing with Prince!
After almost 44 years of listening to the Beatles,George’s songs are my favorites.
When I first started listening to them when I was a kid Paul's were my favorite. My teenage years it was john's. As I've become an adult George songs are at the top.
Prince is the man..............
Prince's guitar was wailing 💯💜💜💜
You should watch the video about "where Prince's Guitar went?" He's the most underated guitarist period! The Man had flames coming out his fingertips 🔥🔥🔥💜 will always love PRINCE 💜 RIP
That performance is probably the one video on CZcams I recommend to anyone who loves music. That lineup and then PRINCE SHREDDING OMG
HISTORY.........RIGHT THERE!!!!!!!
RIP to two of the greatest of all time...Tom Petty & Prince. ✌🏻🖤
Prince GOATeL. Goat level!!!
PRINCE killed it!!💕💕
Prince is the shit
Prince is absolutely iconic (his music is the soundtrack for much of my twenties). We all know his songs, and his lyrics but I feel he never gets the credit he deserves for being an electric guitar god.
He could make that guitar WEEP! What a genius, I miss him😭 IT MAKES ME HAPPY EVEN THOUGH IVE SEEN THIS 1000 times!
I love the head nod between him and Tom Petty. Classic. Rip to both of them. ❤
Jeff Lynne. Amazing. Love his voice!! Love ELO.
I've always loved watching this performance. It breaks my heart that Tom Petty & Prince are no longer with us. RIP Rock Gods, indeed. Thank you for this reaction. Peace, brother.
Prince has to be in the top 3 for most all around musical genius!
Wish I'd have seen him in concert more; still my favorite live performer!
who is #2 and #1?
@@DirtMaguirk no particular order, but I'd say Prince, Garth Brooks, and the Rolling Stones (saw them in 1988)
I was a teen when Purple Rain came out and I loved it! I grew up listening to Tom Petty and all the others and I have heard this song several times. I am now 53 and I have listened to Prince through the years even saw him play the super bowl. I NEVER knew the extent of Prince and his talent on the guitar until I saw this! Absolutely amazing!
#LEGEND
God caught his guitar and said I'll see you and Tom soon! I'll keep it tuned for you.
So glad Prince accepted the invite to honor George ❤️🎶 so much talent on that stage yes I see you Jeff😍🎸🎶 I Do believe Prince had mastered 27 instruments. Just a all 🌟 star for that Group of Entertainment
I watched this performance a 1000 times and never noticed the guitar didn't come back down. Lol. Of course it didn't. Prince is magic.
Prince was so BAD ASS!!’ ultimate “mic” drop.
One of THE MOST MAGICAL performances ever!! RIP Prince, Tom, George
Tom Petty is one of the greatest songwriters of our time, Jeff Lynne is one of the greatest producers of our time, and Prince was one of the most creative of our time. May Tom, Prince and George all rest in peace and make some amazing music up there in paradise 🙏
I've been to many concerts. Nothing is like Prince live.
And...Prince never got a chance to rehearse this with them. He also went on later in the evening to perform for his OWN rock n roll hall of fame induction. You should look THAT up...starts out with a funked up Sign o the Times. His drummer, John Blackwell goes off as well. Love you, Dhani Harrison...Love your dad!!!
Man he was INCREDIBLE!!!!
EVERYONE WHO HAS SEEN THIS IS WAITING FOR PRINCE. 😂👍🏻😂👍🏻😂👍🏻😂👍🏻
Protect your beard, Prince is about to set it on fire.
Imagine Harrison, Clapton, Hendrix, Prince & Vaughn together!
You know Prince got that army of bodyguards always ready to catch both him & his guitar LoL
Van ikd if u know this is originally by the Beatles one of my all time favorite songs hands down
I like how you closed your eyes sometimes and just felt it.
I think the guitar went straight to heaven!
You: Weeping...gentle weeping...
Me: screaming at the phone, wait til Prince slays it!! Typically what Clapton did on the original!
My fav Beatles song and there are so many, this one just stops me in my tracks ever time.
Glad you enjoyed it...we are all blessed to have this one!!
RIP Prince and Tom Petty.
CHECK OUT THE SMILE ON THE KIDS FACE PLAYING THE ACOUSTIC BEHIND TOM PETTY.IT'S PRICELESS..
Tom Petty was the blonde & to his left was Dhani Harrison (George Harrison's son). He wrote & recorded this song while with The Beatles. Prince probably three his guitar in the air coz it was so hot after he played it!!! That was great -thanks!!!
Prince was the King that night---I saw this when it was first on tv and it blew me away then and still does---at one point the camera points at Georges wife in the audience who was in tears
Prince F-Ing KILLED it.
Cool reaction to a classic performance. Prince was in his own world on this performance
It's the George Jefferson strut offstage at the end. Prince killed it.
LOVE THIS!
This performance here is EVERYTHING!
And Prince absolutely steals the show! And the best part (to me) is that I really don't think alot of people (who just had no idea) really saw it coming!
I just freakin LOVE music! I thank God for music! And then when you're privileged enough to experience something like this...well you should count your lucky stars!
💯🔥🖤🎶🤘
I knew Prince was a good guitarist but until watching this performance I had no freaking idea how great he truly was as a guitarist.
Tom Petty, the lead vocal, is and always will be my #1. There’s a huge catalog of work for you to check out there.
That’s the great Jeff Lynne of ELO with the great falsetto. Check out him, Tom and a George Harrison together in the Traveling Wilburys.
Glad to hear you give a little love to Stevie Ray too.
Prince guitar looks like it disappeared at the end.
It never landed. That's the one he plays now.
I was absolutely fixated too...no words. Love it!
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction of George Harrison (The Beatles), the writer of the song. Prince's greatest performance EVER!!
I just love seeing dhani Harrison on stage playing his fathers music
Prince is just amazing here
Prince is one of the greatest musicians of all time and under-appreciated guitarists of all. He almost wasn't allowed to perform at this show where he performed the greatest guitar solo of all time!
Legend has it that Prince never rehearsed with the group....he just showed up and stole the show...#Goat #Boat
Haha I watched this (for the millionth time) with you like this…😁😁😁. Why? Because it’s wonderful. All the way till Prince takes over. But I KNEW when he did his thing, you’d about faint. 😂 did NOT disappoint. 🎸
Always a showman. So talented.
This is a song written by George Harrison of the Beatles done on their album know as the White Album.
and his son Dhani looks exactly like him. Like splitting image.
Our man Prince is was not going to lose that guitar It's a very good German made guitar. First dude=Tom Petty, Jeff Lynn=dude with the sunglasses and the hat. He's not changed in 20 years. He looks the same. Man, I love how you have evolved. You're keeping me sane in this insane world. Thanks for the distraction!!
No egos.....just great musicianship......
When Jimi Hendrix died, his soul jumped into Prince. Period. Amazing. Self taught. He’s simply amazing. Petty and Prince are my faves but even Petty new to back the hell up on this one! RIP TO BOTH. GONE TOO SOON.
I have seen this performance like a 100+ times and it never ceases to amaze me how magic is made.
Plus Prince without trying to be a dick about it schools a bunch of rock legends about guitar playing and musicianship.
Prince literally killed the whole stage lol R.I.P Prince and Tom Petty this is just a idk awesome performance
This illustrates how well Prince played guitar! I knew that back when Let’s Go Crazy came out, and watched him remind me for the next 20 years!
In 1996 I will never forget the time my 11 year old son brought home an album by the Kinks and said, "Oh my God, Mom, you have to listen to this." It was one of the few albums I owned (could afford) when I was a kid way back in the sixties. Before their time.
Dhani's face says it all. He knows whats about to happen 🤘🏼
I've seen most of your vids....how did I miss this one!? Prince' solo here is God Tier.
Badass Jam
You need to check out the oral history behind this performance. Prince didn't even really rehearse with them so they had no clue he was gonna go off like that. Incredible
This is my favorite Song that George Harrison ( Beatles) wrote.
They did a good job playing/singing this👍😎
Epiglottis tacos would be a great band name dude
The anticipation when u said they make the guitars gently weep and I knew Prince was going to make his guitar scream
