  • In the 1960s, french pop was being changed forever by a couple of teenage girls. Yé-yé girls were an influential group of singers who would go on to change the way female singers were viewed and create trends that we still wear today.

    She was 18 years old? Grew up in openly sexual France? And didn’t know what the lollipop represented? I don’t believe it.
