But in between the shoulder blades in thoracic area I get acute pain
With yoga it reduces but does not go away completely

Yoga courses are based on long breadth during the course of different type of yoga practice. This would result in more filtered or unfiltered air either in chest or in abdomen areas. Therefore yoga practices are not good to build good body, when now a days yoga practices have a prominent place.
