    As our lives are becoming increasingly hectic due to the responsibilities we're carrying on us, stress is a constant.     🙏I am 73 yrs old very active
    But in between the shoulder blades in thoracic area I get acute pain
    With yoga it reduces but does not go away completely
    Can you hep

    Yoga courses are based on long breadth during the course of different type of yoga practice. This would result in more filtered or unfiltered air either in chest or in abdomen areas. Therefore yoga practices are not good to build good body, when now a days yoga practices have a prominent place.
