This may resonate if you identify as Indigo or Starseed or are just curious to find out if you have lived elsewhere. This is in part inspired by Dolores Cannon's work to document past life memories uncovered during hypnosis sessions.*
This session allows you to discover if you did have a life on another planet, the name of this planet, the nature of your being, and your mission in coming to earth, as well as visit other beings and places.

Does anyone consider that there is someone else out there, in another universe... on another planet... or somewhere other than Earth... longing for us the way we long for them? This is what I was able to gather before losing my focus (I hate having ADD). My name was Alara I was around 800 years old or older. I had tanish-black skin with long black braided (corn rose) hair. My eyes were either blue, green, or black, I couldn’t tell. I had a small nose and mouth. I was wearing a blue armor type suit. Apparently was some type of soldier. I believe I was on Pleiades. It looked like I was in some type of desert and the sky was outer space and I believe it was constantly day time. I then ended up on a ship that was called home and I met my spirit guides and ancestors. The only ones I can remember was Martin who is a green grey alien, a mantis person, and and ant person. My purpose for being here is to help, to grow, and to heal. Thank you so much!

I’ve stumbled upon this on accident while listening to handpan music-. I’m debating on if I should listen through because I’ve heard of the starseeds and I was even talking about it tonight with my mother. Perhaps I was guided here 👀
I remember everything.
I was a Pleiadian/Arcturian hybrid. A thin, slender body, though a little chubby, and moderately dark blue skin that sometimes turned purple if I vibrated at something. My name was Kolu, and I had a little sister named Zophe'al. We looked so much alike, but Zophe'al had stars around her cheeks and forehead, and I always heard people say that I had waves around mine, and how beautiful they looked.
I lived on a planet named Avalon, partition 637, parsec coordinates X 8926211.90 Y 00787711319.1 Z 44411319.078, I lived near a crystal quarry. Large, naturally growing bundles of amethyst that towered over you and glew bright as you walked under them, in a bright white light, not enough to hurt your eyes but just bright enough that you could find your way.
Avalon was always two parsecs away from the sun that was there, so daytime was actually very dim, and nighttime didnt get darker so much as it changed to a lower hue, where daytime was light blue skies and nighttime was a deep violet/purple with the stars, but whether it was day or night you could always see the stars.
It took longer for my kind to get hungry, so food wasn't too bad of a problem. We didn't eat meat unless it was absolutely necessary, and that was very, very rarely. The rest of our meals were mainly fruits and vegetables. Some breeds of those would be a little harmful to humans because of the soil they grew from. Lots of the ones we had pretty closely resemble ones we have now on Earth, like bananas, apples, lemons, limes, etc. I was only 16,000 years old, and it was barely 317 DUE when I discovered that many of these fruits could be used for purposes other than meals!
Zophe'al was an amazing little sister. We were always hugging and playing with each other, and it felt wonderful to do so. We both felt weightless when we did either, and if we were hot, cold, stressed, worried or anxious, all of that went away when we held each other. My people had _HUGE_ eyes, as in, we all literally looked like we came from an anime made on Earth. You would be twenty yards away from someone and you'd be able to see the color of their eyes by merely glancing. Zophe'al always looked at me with a caring expression. I was no stranger to feeling troubled or having anxiety, and she always had me against her belly, and I would always go from looking like I'm literally giving off sparks to giving a swelling purple glow, able to smile at my sibling. It never went beyond that kind of interaction, of course, but the feeling was almost identical to romance, and even if it wasn't romance, I didn't care because its not the only kind of love that exists.
Then, the Grand Council called me. They had noticed something unique in me. Something that a very small percentage of my people possessed. We were all starseeds, but I was a different kind. I panicked easy, I was more anxious, I knew fear better than anyone I knew personally. They knew what it was, what caused this, somehow. And they knew of a place that just so happened to be facing the same problem, fighting the same battle. They had told me of this affliction, they called it a "disease of the mind". On earth, it gained the name "autism", some doctors labeled it "Aspergers Syndrome". The percentage of people on Earth that had this was exponentially lower than that of Avalon 637, and they needed someone with an expanse of knowledge of this disease that was far greater than the rest of my world. They needed someone who was...more... familiar.
And it was then that I gained my mission.
The biggest problem with autism on Earth is that to the unaffected masses, it is viewed as a crutch, a universal excuse, a gland that all are free to disrespect, because they do not understand it, as they are not the ones living with it. They think it so unrealistically implausible that they write it off as fictional, the invention of a guilty patient who is later revealed to be innocent.
And I am here to PROVE THEM ALL WRONG.
But I must remember to do so peacefully. I must remember the love that Zophe'al showed to me, who is now my own little sister on Earth...

This was beautiful mediation but didn't do anything for me , Its like I don't have any past life, I was told I only have karma from this lifetime. Its like just dark , floating space, I got very emotional when I asked about my life mission , I had chiles and huge pressure in my chest. I was really hopping this would show me some insight and I strongly believe My higher self is blocking me to access my something. I haven't had much success being hypnotize. Thank you !
Check out Dolores Cannon. She speaks of souls being called to Earth to help. They came from The Source. Sounds like what you are experiencing.
Before the count started，I felt so tight around my chest but I could breathe. After the door opened，Ｉcame to this place like a desert with the sand but no heat. Ｉwas this human-like being in black. A huge form，strong and tall，like a giant. It was BC 5000 and he was all alone. His name was Thorros （prounced as Zorros, while, at the same time, Zeus popped up). Only his back was facing me. This place was totally barren. At the prompt about buildings, the word “civilization” emerged and colored lights were displayed. He was looking for his companion. In the next scene, a lady with a scarf came in, but she was not his companion. She was his guide taking him to his companion. In the last scene, he was floating in the outer space, dancing with his companion. She had a human body with no legs. They were dancing and floating among the planets. He somehow protected her all along, trying to avoid being hit by any of the outer planets. I never got the question about tight chest answered, but intuitively it appeared that he was hit by a meteoroid in the chest.

So thats my 2nd experience of a past life recreation. When i arrived the sky was deep red, i feel most of the light on the planet (zedlar) was red. the air felt different much lighter than earth. The beings on the ground where enormous 100× that of a elephant but similar foot shape. Im not sure on my form but i could fly, bug wings like a Dragonfly. Longg legs 4 arms and blue/violate in colour. The trees were huge really tall and thin they had really long vines that almost touch the ground hanging from their leaves I don't if they were leaves but the canopy. When I went to a place to find the knowledge it was sort of like the pyramids but they were bigger much bigger and sort of longer I guess and I think they were also red but I feel like they had more tone than that. Age didn't seem to be a thing it was more people didn't die of age but I did nearly died and the person that came to me saved me once I had a really strong connection to them and while I was talking to them they told me they missed me and I felt like I was going to cry and then I sent out a message through the universe to tell them I was ok and that I miss them and i will find them again, then when I got the information about my planet I realised that they knew where I was although the planet had gone through some kind of dark time I don't think it was a war It didn't feel like a war Felt More Like a natural disaster or a crashing comet something heavy and I'm not sure if they were ok. This was so intense, I had pain in my left hand start as soon as the countdown began. When I went into my past life, I was a giant made of orange matter, my left arm was made as a sort of weapon and the rest of my body looked more human. I felt an enormous amount of dread and I kept telling myself (Arkan) that I was not home and I needed to leave. I had wings and could fly, I met my sister, a purple being who could do magic and play with time, her name was Astra. She didn't have wings and she was working with plants when I found her in an indoor garden. It was all so dark and destructed. I also met a lion that had wings, an older man stood beside him looking at me. I remember the place as Nibu or nimu, I didn't hear it clearly. It was so strange but I needed to see it to move onto the next part of my spiritual journey. Thank you!!!
Lion with wings. That sounds like a Lyran being. You were probably on Lyra or Sirius.
Once going through the door i floated through the mist seeing nothing but a night sky with millions of stars. I was then standing on a piece of ground with a tree and shrubs and a dusty piece of ground. In the distance and way below me was a massive view of an ocean. it was light as in a nice sunny day. When i examined myself i was about a 7 foot insect type being like an insectillian reminded me of a praymantis but i walked on my backlegs upright.
the only other living beings i saww were like little black dots scurrying around in a massive palace or walled city that I walked into. I saw a creature that looked like me sitting on a throne type chair and he called me son. So i can safely assume I was a male. Another creature that was similar to me came rushing to meet me and I intuitivly knew she was my wife/partner and we had children. We never spoke. I then left. Interesting

I got vague images of a futuristic city shrouded in mist like something from Blade Runner. MY name was something like Kee or Keys, and I worked at a university. I appeared to be a rather stocky human male with grey hair. This may have been on another planet, or some time in Earth's antediluvian past. I would have got further impressions, but my housemate was cackling uproariously at something in the next room and came barging in to talk to me, so I was rudely woken up.
Be careful, there are not many "human-like" beings out there. Our imagination migh trick with us, sometimes.
Actually there are humanoid beings, it has to do with cross-breeding galactic program.
I believe I saw a lot, felt a lot.. but I haven't gained enough knowledge in this current world to be able to understand what I saw there. I was a fish like being.. but not a mermaid. I had long thin legs and arms, and my fingers were elongated. My face was oval and I had rounded pouty lips and my nose was quite big and oval as well. I say 'fish' because it reminds me of that background fishes in spongebob. But this place was far from being a "water planet". It was something close to fluid.. the atmosphere my skin was feeling was sort of jiggly and the land was squishy as well (it was no underwater thing.. it's entirely different, but very similar to that in texture.) The air was slimy (not humid or smth..) The sky was deep black but if you looked up you could see, as if multicolored beads (mostly orange, red, pink, purple and blue, green) were spread across on a matte deep black sheet of paper. The groud was closer to the color fluorescent yellow..but it was much toned and comfortable to look at, almost faded version of fluorescent yellow. I had a greenish colored body. Our ears were big and at that time my age was pretty young (my soul's.. as if my soul was a teenager). The temperature of the planet is on the cooler side but it can be balanced out and be simply mild. Anything like a sun, is not close to our planet. You can almost jump and walk there..
Wow.. I can't believe what I saw. It was such a beautiful experience. I couldn't complete it tho. I feel there is much more remaining to understand about this planet. And I'll do another session soon.
And the name of the planet had these syllables, "Aa" "Ra" "La".

I am indeed a starseed who fully remembers my past life, and my origins. In past life, I was a dragon star warrior. Unlike most reptile-like aliens, which are evil and parasitic, my kind are balance keepers. Peace bringers. Strong, highly intelligent, noble, brave and fearless, creative, yet very warrior like. Self-sustained resources, and being free of the cycle of life, death, and reincarnation are our way of life. We hold true to the ways of honor, love, acts of nobility, and the balance of all things. We practice co-operation with others, and were once the most advanced of all races in our home universe. Called the multiverse (Which is all the universes fused into one). To this day, my kind still exist, although we are rarer now, due to a great war. With all of our enemies uniting with other forces of darkness who threaten the balance under a new master. It is our alliances with others, such as the Antareans (Our most staunchest of allies), pleiadians, arcturians, and many others, that saved us from certain extinction in all dimensions. While we are a higher dimensional people, my kind are still recovering from being hunted like never before. I love my people very deeply, and miss living among them. I came here so I could atone for my crimes that I hated doing, and was even forced to do. I will finally be able to atone and go home, no matter what. My soul family, and twin flame even visit me from our home. They are still waiting patiently for my permanent return home. Even from my past lifetime, I have always loved my twin flame wife.

Unlock Your Life I had some clue starting out. I used to imagine I was a dragon when I was a kid around 5 years old. But My memories of my origins really began to come around 14 years of age. Then they really began to come back on 2009 when I saw an anime character who looked like my twin flame wife when she was human. After that, the memories and feelings began flooding back in. My wife and family even began to visit me when I was at a very low point in my life. Sometimes, I can even go home with a certain meditation. Dolores cannon does ring a bell.

I have always felt that I come from another place/planet, etc but have yet to do a hypnosis regression until now. My experiences from the hypnosis were that I arrived on a beautiful planet covered in lush greenery with streams and ponds, and large, strong weeping willow like trees creating a canvas over much of the sky. There was plenty of moss and plant life on the ground, and I had a sense that other beings lived below the surface, but they didn't reveal themselves to me. The sky was twilight and the temperature was cool with a slight mist in the air. My body seemed similar to how it is now, but I had a golden energy/light surrounding my being, I was taller, and my hair was golden and very long. I realized that I was carrying some sort of earthen jug/container in my arms and I sensed that my purpose was to bring water/life/hope/joy to those who couldn't obtain it themselves. I then was led to an area under one of the giant willow-like trees and sat at its base opposite a male like being who seemed to have tree like qualities. His eyes were very bright and joyful and he had a calming and wise presence. I spoke to him telepathically for awhile and got the sense that he was my mentor of sorts. He said a few profound things to help me with my present life. As I was taking part in this hypnosis I noticed some things that came up that resonate with my current life, such as the water jug (I'm an aquarius and the water jug is the symbol for aquarius) and the fact that I used to play for hours in gardens as a child and wonder what creatures lived in the plants and dirt, and that I have a strong desire to help others in this life. I still have more questions, and would love to find out more about this existence, but I suppose this is common for a first time regression. Anyway, I wanted to share this experience in case anyone else listening to the hypnosis resonates with my experiences.

This is a cool meditation! :) As I meditated during this video, I saw I was at Middle-earth and Tol Eressea, a servant to Lord Elrond Half-elven and Frodo Baggins' caretaker. Frodo and me were in love. I know, it sounds strange, but it actually felt like I was there. Rivendell was my home. My past life home. It felt so real. I got to do this meditation again because it felt like Hogwarts is my home, too, and Narnia. :)
I am getting mental images in my minds eye. Is this what I'm looking for? I was expecting visuals. Can't tell if this is my imagination or not.
It can come in different forms. As we have different senses and remember using all of them, mental images are just as valid. You may also get a certain spatial sensation, sounds, words, outlines, shapes, colours...
I saw myself standing far from a city like place at night. During meditation i am crying and saying i want to go home. It's far and it seems i cant go there. I am crying i miss that place :'(

i get into a state of total relaxation and focus but i never actually see anything ? it’s only visualizations that aren’t actually seen, just black and colors
I think its because exploring something like this could be a bit strange.. I couldn't do it well either. I did a normal earth past life regression and I could detail everything.. but here my mind was sort putting limitations and I kept of saying, "What if I imagined things instead?"

Nothing! I have spent countless hours meditating about 2 grand on the "rarest, most powerful, highest vibrational" crystals and absolutely nothing... Pitch black... I'm starting to get worried. I'm spiritually dead or too much trauma. 🥲
