Gene just pointed out how his own story doesn't make sense. Saying the guy with the bow tie who approached him before the shooting was nobody. Even sayin at most a spotter not the shooter contradicts his claim that Lil Cease confirmed the shooter was wearing the exact same clothes.. and If you keep in mind Lil Cease never said bow tie in his police statement,it cast more doubt in everything Gene says

Russel Poole’s THEORY - Suge Knight made a call from prison for B.I.G. to be killed because of the murder of Tupac Shakur. He’s already put Reggie Wright Jr. in charge of everything Death Row.
With Reggie wright Jr. handling everything for Suge involving Death Row including hiring the dirty cops.
Reggie wright gets David Mack, Kevin Gaines & Rafael Perez ( And Others could be implicated who’s already worked for Death Row) (Chief Bernard Parks also confirms this) and David Mack goes to the non obvious guy to do the hit since Suge wants it done by someone no one would expect considering the media and police were quick even in ‘96 to point fingers at Orlando Anderson and say he killed Tupac. Considering the constant talk of Death Row records being ran like “the mafia/ MOB” it’s not far fetched to say Suge specifically wanted them to dress as Nation of Islam, sort of the “That was us” considering Death Row was seen in the constant presence of security from the fruit of Islam.
David Mack of course is the one to say he knows a guy which is his kid’s godfather who is said to be apart of Nation of Islam of Islam and he isn’t in any way connected to Biggie Smalls or Tupac so he would be the least suspect.
So would he simply be able to murder someone for a friend? Well he’s not as innocent as Greg Kading and other make him seem as if his life is ruined by the media.
Amir Muhammad Aka harry billups arrested in 1998 after Biggie’s murder for brandishing his firearm on the highway at his ex girlfriend,
so he has experience with a firearm. (Including while driving and cops say it was loaded on the seat, he swore he was putting it in the glovebox. So he will lie.
In 1994 Amir Muhammad also beat his girlfriend in front of their kids and received 60 days in jail and probation of 24 months. So he’s no saint. When detectives interviewed him in the 90’s they said he smiled a lot but once you mention something he has done wrong he would grit his teeth and look like a man capable of doing something out of anger.
Kevin Gaines is killed by an off duty cop after the Biggie murder while driving CEO of Death Row records Suge Knights Jeep. He also flashed blood gang signs and was seeing Suge’s ex wife with Suge’s knowledge. ( Dirty Cop, Ties to Death Row)
David Mack robs the bank and he’s ready to sit down for a 8 year bid so the LAPD can back off of him for the biggie murder and he still kept the $700,000 they never found. He also had an impala, 9mm ammo, pictures in all red at death row functions, confirmed to be an off duty cop for death row by chief Bernard parks and had a picture of Tupac in his garage. And of course he has ties to both Gaines and Perez including once saving Perez’s life by killing a man.
Rafael Perez is told that he’ll share the money with David Mack, and if he’s caught for anything minor beforehand he can simply take down dirty cops and ask for immunity and just like David Mack he will no longer be bothered with anything else, a small fee to pay compared to life in prison for murder. In prison they’re also protected by the bloods and not treated like cops since they have ties to Death Row this is why it’s not a problem to do the time. This is also why they go to jail bragging to so many different people about what happened starting rumors on what happened, their the guys who killed the biggest enemy of their coast. Rafael Perez also has been stated as the following “Compton PD seen Perez as someone who was not ready to be a cop because he had the mannerism of a thug/ gangster”. Rafael Perez also has a picture in bright red with black shades on.
The biggest scandal there is and the biggest reason the case may never get solved is something close to the president being bought .
Chief Bernard Parks was in the pocket of death row out of possible fear that his career and reputation would be destroyed. Bernard Parks has a daughter who was arrested on drug charges and bonded out by Rafael Perez (Dirty cop). The smallest chance that his daughter could be exposed as someone who has close ties to gang members, drugs and dirty cops would abruptly put an end to Chief Bernard Parks position in the LAPD and forever follow him and his reputation as being chief with a daughter caught up in a world of Drugs and ties to the one of the biggest gangs in LA along with dirty cops and the dangerous label “Death Row”.
