If the biggest controversy in my CZcams career is that I said a character is from the wrong game, I’ll take it. I mean, as we’ve seen over the last couple of weeks, it could be MUCH worse.

To be clear, it's not meant to be hate, we are all humans and we all make mistakes, especially if we have to process and compress so much information into a single video. To be fair, I think most people's first interaction with Jacket was Payday 2. Certainly was with me as I have never played Hotline Miami.
In a game called Angry foot there’s a level with jacket in it too. The game is a homage to Hotline Miami.

I'd argue that it's about technicality. If Jacket is, indeed, in Payday 2, then Captain isn't technically wrong. Depends on who plays the games first in my opinion. But then again, it's all technical.

We call them toasties and they're absolutely fine. We also have dedicated toastie makers, kitchen equipment(?) dedicated entirely to making toasties. My favourite is a ham and cheese toastie. Which is a regular one, just with ham inside too. Although one time I did add eggs, bacon and some sausage

In Rage 2, at 5:21, i think that is not Altaïr, but Desmond Miles from AC, and Jacket, the chicken head is a reference to another Devolver game who was already mentionned in the comments. Be careful when people send you these to check them before.
I recognize the thumbnail, as it is from the Duke Nukem 3D levels mod for the Serious Sam Fusion. You can find it in the 3rd level in the chapel the same way with the original.

I feel like the ghostrunner one is actually an MGS:PP reference. Since the dead dude had a mechanical arm like Solid Snake and the chicken head being a thing.
Fun detail: in Borderlands 3 when you go get the forms to get Ember's ship out of impound, it give you two bells you can ring at the customer service station. A silver one which is free and gets a slow, meandering response that takes a little bit. Or a gold "premium" bell, that costs 112$ to ring and which causes the services npc to come running much more quickly.

Genshin Impact joked about the water thing in the latest update. When they did a collab with Duolingo they gave every player 10 bottles of Duolingo water. Drinking it barely does anything (1hp regen per second) but the item description is hilarious if you know the history.

pending on the dukenukem 3d version you can find a easter egg on chap1 lvl2 of them either killing serious sam or doomguy.
Im not sure if you have already covered these ones but if you go on the "outback" map in rainbow 6 siege and spawn at the fuel pumps, walk to the right there is a tree outside of the map if you shoot at it there are rabbids in it and if you go in the map "villa" if you go in the rooftop with a high magnified scope (i suggest kali) you can see ezio on a ledge. Also on a fountain you can see the assassin's creed logo and in the map "sky scraper" you can see it on samurai armor.

Here's another easter egg that destroy the competition. In cyberpunk 2077 if you go to the trailer park in the badlands, there's an old train tracks near the area. If you head down the tracks, there's a train tunnel that has 2 dead people and a destroyed motorcycle. This is a reference to gta san andreas infamous mission "wrong side of the tracks". More evidence to back it up is that if you loot one of the bodies there's a shard conversation of the two and they're named JC nad Little Smoke (CJ and Big smoke) and in the conversation both of them were trying to follow the train they were chasing but met their demise. What funnier about this is that if you look at little smoke body there's a half eaten burger near his face and if you loot his body he has alot of food and one soda in reference to big smoke huge order he made.

pretty sure the "second assassin" easter egg in this video is a reference to Dying light. the outfit is very parkour-ish and in Dying light, you can survive big falls by jumping onto piles of mattresses/trash/cars. I could be wrong, but thats what it looks like to me

I'm not sure if anyone will see this or if anyone has said this already, but in payday 2 in one of the small jewelry shops the moniters in the front room have UAC on the back of it. Im not sure if it's a coincidence or if it is an easter egg about doom
in cyberpunk after completing one of kerry eurodynes quests youll end up in a coffee shop. If you walk outside of the coffee shop right outside of where you were sitting you can hear big smokes order from san andreas
