Dope! Im getting my lights ready for a wedding this Saturday. Making sure all addresses are the same on both Soundswitch and AI lightshow. So that i can switch back and forth, for static scenes and party time
Thanks. You still liking the AI lightshow ? I think it is amazing but didn’t fit in to my workflow very well for my weddings…I would have to run 3 different dmx systems to execute my vision (ape labs, soundswitch and ai light show). I decided to go all in and soundswitch and so far I’ve been happy. The ape labs can do their thing and I could add lights like the Chinese bar light to my light show in a matter of minutes.
@@lavishlifedjsoh true. I see. Yea. I been happy with it. I do many 15ñeras, sweet 16, weddings. Mostly Hispanics, and they go wild for the crazy lighting effects. So ai lightshow has been helping me out provide those effects

Thanks. I’m still trying to figure out some uses for mine as well. I needed a center piece that fits my vision of being completely wire free (both power and dmx) and this did so I will try one for now as a center piece…adding dmx controller makes more comfortable using them to dial down the brightness and intensity…soundswitch is doing a great job with these
The light on the gravity stand pole looks great but how did you manage to hang it because those lights have the hanging brackets on the ends

For sure…didn’t want to do lights outside of ape but it’s limiting to certain type of lights…I’ll think about making a video

This was bought from China. Very cheap but shipping added some cost and you probably will want to order in bulk to make it worthwhile. I got 6 with a charging case for approximately $150 a light all in.

Can you connect that fixture with ape labs connect wirellesly to control it ?
I am not sure and haven’t tried. Ape labs DMX is very limited outside of the Ape labs universe otherwise I would consider it as my go to lighting software. Possibly a missed opportunity for ape labs imho.
So you no longer use the FORCE 1 AI controller for your lighting?

What are your thoughts on 4 of the tubes and 2 of the pixel bars, could that be enough for a typical wedding gig (150 people)?
