Hi Scott. I was wondering if you could do a video of the school bus drivers
The school lunch program I work in one of the dishwashers get so hot at the health inspector told us we didn't need to use sanitizing in it anymore. Bucket of sanitizer that was their went to another school with dishwasher doesn't get as hot.
It’s probably a dish that uses heat to sanitize . I believe if it gets to 181 no sanitizer is needed

@@josephthomas3687 You do, mostly the food inspection courses are in the last year of study, based on my degree in my county, but a diploma is sufficient, you can conduct health inspections with a diploma, I'm just answering as I'm a health inspector also

He used a beard net but not a head net nor did they wear masks & gloves
During pre Covid times, masks aren't necessary. Wearing gloves doesn't do anything to protect from contamination, the most important thing is frequent and often hand washing.
Hairnet however should of been worn if beard nets were worn.
@@PineppleSnapback I would say the gloves are essentially an extra layer of contamination protection seconding to hand washing.
@@PineppleSnapback hair net isn't required for some hairstyles
