Would it be ok to ask you how you calculate your carb and protein requirements based on your training? Really struggling with this and find there are several different ways of calculating it depending on where you look and don’t know which to go with and end up under fuelling I think. Not sure though! Btw your back is just amazing! You’re an inspiration in so many ways but your mix of positive attitude and humility is so refreshing. Good luck with the rest of 2021. :)

Can you explain how on earth you manage to recover from doing multiple workouts every day of a 7day week for 6weeks back to back? I am at a loss how anyone could sustain that without complete burnout and over reaching that would harm their performance and leave them completely fatigued?
Wonder if a training camp like this would suit a competitive age grouper. I'd have to take the family and make it a holiday. Such a place exist ? Also go natural just to confuse the competition 😉
