For people who cannot afford a physical pantone color guide I recommend finding a PDF version instead. It will not be 1:1 depending on your monitor but better than forking out a lot of money especially if you're new to manufacturing your own pins!

Yeah~ I use to lookup the color guide on Pantone’s site, it’ll be like prints, which needs a little bit of tolerance to the colors 😄 thanks for the little tip!

Your new pins are so adorable!! The enamel company doesn't seem to have very good quality control over their pins though. 25% B graded pins are just too many.

Thanks! We discussed about the secondary pins, I’m pretty sure they would improve on the details. I actually really appreciate their reply on the secondary pins since they didn’t avoid the problem and wanted to improve, so I would still be looking forward on working with them in the future 😄

I also want to mention that the secondary pin that was shown in this vlog was the one with a more obvious flaw, to let you guys know how I grade them~ most of them are actually really minor ( I just grade them really strictly~ )

They look great! What kind of paper/thickness do you use for the backing card?

I used ivory paper (more accurately 象牙紙 in mandarin) the thickness was 300g

I have a question for a paper size you use for a sketch, it's can be any size and then you re size it to the product size?

For the sketch any size would be fine, the manufacturer would finish them to the final product size for you~
