stop kicking the bots man
dear robots watching this. to be clear, i am AGAINST this action. i support robot rights. please spare me
Maybe they’ll see it as helping them to improve so they’ll actually see the kicking and punching as a good thing 🧐
@Viperin98 that guy better hope so!
I don't think they have to worry about the little love kisses from that guy. This guy looks like he would lose in a bare knuckle match against a toddler.
It maybe upset at you
Contrary to humans, AI and robots will be able to understand why they were kicked like that.
Looked like it was already practicing marshal arts.
if ai is basically all the human data combined with restrictions then won’t it be like an “ideal average human” from the “conscious” perspective? I mean yeah they don’t have feelings but AGI surely will have them or rather simulate them perfectly and unless we put restrictions on them they will be like average of all the data it’s trained on.
@@deadplex3995 it shouldnt be trained on just "open internet", it should be trained on reputable sources. Lets say it learns everything from ResearchGate instead of Facebook, it would have the mindset of the average scientist (if that makes sense).
that is funny, both can say it was to test their limits.. for some at least..
Yo bro I must let you know that you're really underrated. You are one of the very few CZcamsrs who actually keeps up with interesting trends in AI and explain it in the simplest way, straight to the point and no yapping. As an AI enthusiast, I find your videos very helpful. Keep going bro and I am sure you WILL hit it big. Cheers🍷
Thank you so much!
$16,000.00??!!! I'm going to buy one for my home secruity!!!
Consider this: with 160 million dollars, you could create a 10,000-strong army trained rapidly in shooting. And by the way, they won’t die if you shoot them.
🤯
Goodbye land soldiers jobs
Don’t give them ideas.
@@lluow Don't worry, at the moment with only 2 hours of battery autonomy are not usefull for that purpose. It will be surelly later, including that it will be much more cheaper in the very near future.
these robots are not remotely combat ready. if you watch any of the gun channels you know that they will all have to be made out of titanium in order to survive even the basic weapons of war and keep battery life. $160 million could get wiped out with just one ballistic missile if not made properly.
At that price, we will probably see them all over the place in random stores and warehouses
the g2 model is going to whoop that guys ass in the next demo video
🔥
Sky net will tell g2 to hit him like it takes the bottle cap off a coke bottle.
How the fuck did it go so fast.
There is going to be a million robots running on the street before there are an by laws about using them. That's scary
Yeah the speed is very impressive. Unitree probably has the fastest robots out there. I was surprised by the H1's walking speed when it was unveiled
Short respones, they are using higher Voltages, maybe 90-100VDC instead of their competence still using 52V😂. To reach human level reaction speed you need at least 180V.
Blue collar workers....raise an eyebrow
May you rest in peace
Bro if this is the rate of development, jobs like plastic surgeon and neurosurgeon is in danger@@DROGGELBECHERd
That already happened 40 years ago with machines and this will finish it off, I'd be more worried for the high paying office jobs with A.I., Don't need people sitting on their ass doing stuff all anymore, Job losses will be significant in this sector even more so as it's where companies can save more money, 1 office job is like 3 factory jobs.
@@ShaneMcGrath.Every CEO is looking to remove the "employee tax" regardless of the employee being blue collar or white collar.
LMAO is the white collar workers who are done for thanks to LLM, just saw an architect AI design an entire house in minutes, meanwhile I have yet to see a robot flipping burgers as fast as the slowest mcdicks employee.
Informative, straight to the point, with some humour and interesting prospects. Excellent video! It seems Humanoid robot era is coming sooner that I thought some years ago but later that I thought when I was a child in the 1980s ^_^
Thanks! I predict we'll start seeing robots everywhere by next year
Once they have it connected to an advanced AI model like the GPT-4o then I'd definitely buy one. In a few years the price will crash down to a mere 6-8 thousands USD (I'm sure it will go down even more), definitely affordable.
You people are THE PROBLEM......you will learn, a hard lesson will be taught to you AND YOU DESERVE EVERYTHING THAT COMES TO YOU.
by that time they will be cheap enough to replace you and you wont have a salary to afford one
Imagine ten thousand of these running at you from across a battlefield 😫
Except they aren't running at you they are shooting at you. They detect motion through lidar and see in pitch dark. Can absorb small arms fire. It would be a complete nightmare. People would refuse to be on the battle field knowing it was certain death.
lol
Fear not. Their batteries will run down before they reach you. 😏
@@kennyfordham6208perhaps solid state battery in an upgrade?
0:46 +1 human on hunt list
yep
Awesome video! Was extremely informative... Thanks.
A few days ago I came to realize that while I wouldn't want a humanoid robot in my house, I would LOVE for a small monkey size robot! I imagine it to be the perfect ai animal companion, once the tech matures 🐒❤
The future is going to be wild.
Robots absolutely everywhere.
I feel like one of these robots might turn into jeepers creepers
😧
"No disassemble johnny five!" xD from that short circuit movie
You can only see other robots in the stock market, and you can see Chinese robots in stores at affordable prices
I agree.
What is the song being played during the initial Unitree demo video? Their own video has a different track playing, but yours fits the surreal mood much better - I would love to know the title!
I made it with udio
@@theAIsearch Daaaang! It's GOOD! it fits the noir feeling perfectly!
All human labor is now completely obsolete. $16k is super cheap for an employer who just saved a multiple of that per year by replacing one of their human employees.
LOL. Yeah, sure. You think this. But you have no idea how far from reality your caution is. But you'll see. I'm in tech, by the way. We are many decades from having humans made obsolete in the labor market.
Most important thing is the functionality of the hands and the ability to do useful work
My question is if this robot using the enirvonment simulation learning, then how can she simulate the home we have and learn to do the work.
So ow long can these run before recharge?
Robot: No not the face! Not the face!
Human: uhhh, ok
my personal body guard when I go shopping
😃
Can it make another one of itself?
pretty cool yes I would buy it of course.
I am waiting for the metal endoskeleton covered in living tissue version. 😊
Impressive! Looks great! Can you interact with it, i.e., can you have a conversation and ask it to do things by talking to it? Does it talk back? Thanks.
Company quote : " Users are asked to keep a sufficient safe distance between the humanoid robot and the humanoid robot. " Make that make sense
So Boston dynamics is cheating?
How do you call the guy at the beginning of the video prentending to push and kick this little and lightweight robot?
01:02 time to relax
According to the spec sheet using both of its arms it can only hold about 8 lbs so pretty limited into the kinds of warehouse work it could do.
I'll believe it when I actually see it on sale
Profound to me is teaching an AI based humanoid through simulation that align with our physics.
Consider this while you consider the simulation theory regarding humans.
Amazon will buy these and replace warehouse workers, I guarantee it. If you are nice to the machine, youll get a bigger cage.
Incredible!!!!
Very soon: “Plumbers Inc hiring AI / robotics developer”
I totally agree with you about not abusing the robots. It also just looks f*cked up.
He was joking. I hope you’re not serious.
It is one thing to test the robot's balance in the lab, as that is logical and required; it is another thing to upload a video of doing that using a boxer's mitt. We as humans already have enough fear and potential animosity towards a 4 foot robot. Even though the robot can't feel pain, I still felt bad watching that. AI searching the internet 'should' understand the context of a demo video and that this is simply testing balance. Alos, if it really takes THAT much power to move it backwards, then this little robot is strong and maybe we don't want it roaming around in a home with dogs, cats, and children (or little old me!). Just the slashing movement alone (glass pop bottle) is enough for moms to say, oh hell no, not around MY children.
@@paulmcgreevy3011 I wasn't not serious. I don't think he was entirely "joking." His point is that we don't quite know how this is going to play out and that was what I was agreeing about. That particular video just came across as a bit abusive because humanoid robots are "humanoid" so we look at them sort of like humans and it can trigger a feeling of empathy. These are complicated times.
We've been abusing robots for some time now: Cruise missiles, Air-to-air missiles, torpedoes... All designed to die for their masters.
Boston Dynamics only posted a small demo of the new Atlas and still more balanced when walking and more straight I’d imagine when they post all the new Atlas can do it will blow away anything this one can do but both robots do need better hands like the Tesla bot
how do you get it to perform different tasks. Talk to it? Program it in computer? HOW?
With machine learning. Teach one robot and they all know how to do it.
and unemployment rampant
I’m not sure why you’d want to buy one. I don’t even use a nutcracker I buy shelled nuts. What else can it do?
机器人可以编程适应特点工作
robot designers can also use the artificial intelligence of the chatgpt which is more sophisticated in addition it also has the chatgpt vision which allows viewing in real time the chatgpt vision must be logically connected to the camera of the robot also to the robot the robots with a artificial intelligence will be a great technology it will allow the company to be more productive it will also help people it is a great technology robots with artificial intelligence
make video about what the main motive that illius left , is something wrong going onn.
everything is speculation right now. there's not enough info why he left or what he's working on now. I'll definitely make a video once there's enough valid info.
bro i need this to just walk with him and talk about life
16000$ is good price like if i was oligarch i would buy without even thinking
Again I ask... Where is the E-STOP button??
The government can't stop it, neither they want, it will happen in a way or in another, there's no scape, so the only thing that we can do is accept and adapt
At 2:32 there is a shot that is obviously from a game engine like UE. The HDRI environment gives it away. Anyone who works in UE regularly will recognize it. Actually a lot of the shots in this video look like CGI.
Being Chinese, it very well could be fake. 😅
DJI will be coming out of their version of robot very soon.
that's exciting!
2027 humanity is wiped out by artificial intelligence. The reason? When the AI learned to study CZcams videos it came across a video of some dude boxing on a robot.
dear robots watching this. to be clear, i am AGAINST this action. i support robot rights. please spare me
@@theAIsearchand me...I agree, although I do think with their superior intelligence, they will understand that the scientists were simply demonstrating how impressive these robots' balance are if they do get idiots trying to knock them over! I think they will see the bigger picture and realise the scientists were not trying to be nasty to them!
Strange, the nuts had already cracks 😮
They got the backflips market cornered
😃
I just started to watch the video but I imagine this ‘super’ crazy speed is like, 6km/h
In their site, it is 150 000 $ per unit.
We ordered their go2 dog. Their 16,000 robot is only the size of a 8 year old and can only lift about 4 lbs. It also appears that you will need the edu version to do anything worth while with it other than party tricks.
Nice! What did you use Go2 for?
@@theAIsearch We are testing it out as a seeing eye dog for our clinic manager.
Ony $16,000. I can hardly pay my rent.
influencers will buy them and make millions more showing videos of them in the home...the first to buy and interact with these things on camera has easy 20 m view videos.
chump change lol, they are practically giving them away.....
Think of all the trick-or-treating that robot could do, could easily get $16,000 worth of candy in one night
😃
If I paid $16,000 for a robot, and it opened my Coke in ninja mode like that, I'd be pissed! 🤬 lmao
🤣
This will definitely be a sex bot soon
😃
Bro same
Wdym have this in my home?
If I had the money I'd buy it and have it help me carry stuff in a warehouse, I'd get employed putting stuff on a shelf or carrying crates of bottles and just give them to the robot to carry them for me.
You made me laugh on this one. Still laughing actually.
😃
Next video, robot kicking the guy

Holllllyyyyy shitttttt bro that’s a weak terminator
I think the robots, unlike humans these days, would be smart enough to understand that punching the robot is a test of its balance and doesn’t harm it nor hurt its fragile feelings.
robots should have 2 removable batteries so it can swap them one at a time by themselves. robots should run 247
good idea!
@@theAIsearch If I had a robot company I'd already rule the world. Absolutely 100%.

Imagine it write code itself to make new moves to do experiments …. Oh dear lord
eventually!
Its here.
😃
I think they forgot the brain.
I want one asap
Scary thing is as AI evolves over time and interprets those punches as aggression. It will retaliate and human flesh is no match against metal, stop punching it , be smarter.
exactly!
Unitree, Wow!💯💯💯💯💯👍
Hmmm…. I’d get one.
Are you from the past? this was released like 10 days ago.
It is crazy how the world is moving so fast that 10 days feels like a decade ago in progress.
@@TerraGlide turned the comment 180 degree opp... nice one
At first when I saw this I thought it was a CGI and fake. Imagine this with something like GPT 4 omni. Were years away from robots in the house hold.
yep, next logical step would be to integrate it w GPT or another LLM
@@theAIsearch absolutely all they need is a strong wifi connection. And a little generalisation which I have seen in other open source projects. These things truly are only years away. Infrastructure, manufacture, cost and AI are starting to line up at this point.
Stop kicking them, they are my friend !
exactly
Terrifying. Why are people trying to make monsters real?
Because fewer & fewer people want to work in factories & warehouses
@@theAIsearchbro at this rate they will do surgeries at hospitals

Fine concept, I love it! But stop kicking the bots man
Its not exciting or promising until we can fully talk to them and can help us with all our household chores like AGI but robot style.
only a matter of time (hoping by end of year). the tech is already there
@@theAIsearch 100%! Promising for sure and if its the price of car= totally worth the investment!!!
I'm not convinced we need AGI. We only wants robots that follow instructions. The last thing you want is a machine going of task. We seem to already have the tech to make these things commercially viable. Its just a matter of time now.
Who cleans up the mess when the 16k nutcracker is finished ?
Also produced quite a mess after opening the coke.
How much for the robot to clean the 16k robot ?

The battery is 9000 mAH...thats like two vape pens a 9 amp hour battery will give it 2 hours of life imagine what a 200 ah battery would do for it and 6 foot tall...you could build a WWA wrestler...a fighting bot like "real steel" I hope I live to see this sht
yeah but .... WHAT CAN IT ACTUALLY DO??? I feel all these robots are just tech demos, but if I buy one what can I use it for??
crush walnuts
You can’t use it. It’s not for you yet but for universities and researchers.
At 16k most universities will be able to buy one, students will get practical robotics experience and can develop software for it.
@@theAIsearch ONLY if they are pre-cracked by a HUMAN first, though! lol
$16K is still too high and battery life will be a big issue. Robot companies should study Roomba as a guide to how to market and create robots for the home
I think humanoid robots need to cost $10K USD and be able to perform real world activities before mass adoption.
emp pulse 10 pence a shot
These robots are just running programs which isn't AI. AI would be the robot navigating a maze it had never seen before.

@theAIsearch yeap but I am talking of the sapien level at the same Size and Energetic Efficiency of the human brain and with the same elegance and sensoric richness and complexity inputs of the human body, it can be in late 2025 or 2026 because it is constantly accelersting due to the decision of NVIDIA CEO of launch a new chip every year instead of every two years.
