One little tip when you are whisking the cream place it over a bowl of ice. The cream will last longer 😉

The was awesome and highly recommended to try. The cake was spongy. I have added more all purpose flour so I added some water to the batter so the sugar was little less. Other then the cake was fantastic. There is no words to describe the cake. Simply awesome. Hats of.. 👌👏💖💓

So the red colour basically comes from the red food colouring. Without it the cake is basically a chocolate cake 😂😂
Hahahaha... Not really... It's all about the taste after the color... The buttermilk does all the trick here.. and changes the taste from a chocolate cake to a red velvet

Hello... I have one tip for u..... U use aluminum foil while baking the cake in sides and lower part of cake tin.. then your sides and lower part of cake will also look nice and glossy
