Idk, these ads feel kind of weird. Like it feels weird to have them present throughout the whole video and not just small sections. Like the GAP one made sense, since it was directly related to the video, but this one maybe not quite as much.

@1Hope4All - No, one does NOT need meat in order to be healthy. If one goes the meat-free route and becomes a vegetarian or vegan, they just have to be careful to eat combinations of foods (including beans & pulses) that includes ALL the 9 essential amino acids and to maintain a good omega 6 to omega 3 fatty acid ratio. They also need to pay close attention to getting enough calcium. If they are willing to put in that kind of dietary effort, then meat is unnecessary. (A nutritionist will help keep your meat-free diet balanced and healthy.)
