I bought a daystate delta wolf and as you can guess ,i had numerous problems with the rifle, I sent it back once for repair then had it back for two weeks and then it went wrong again so I took it back to the gunshop and told them I wanted a refund, the RFD said to me that its a special order and he would be stuck with it (because FAC airguns don't sell on quickly apparently) if daystate didn't agree with refunding, I gently told him that my contract of sale is with the gunshop and NOT with daystate, I said I wanted the gun refunded because its was not fit for purpose and thankfully they did but irrespective of it being "a special order" you are entitled to a refund if you believe the gun wasn't fit for purpose, don't believe there horseshit again if it goes wrong again and you want your money back, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! , good honest video mate !

That is exactly what the gun shop said to me. It's bad about your DW. If it hadn't have been ok this time i would have gone down a different route, but i have to say it is spot on so far. I increased the power to 910 f/s and that has helped.

Thanks for your candor and your thorough explanation. It got me thinking. If the cocking handle won't stay back this most likely means it's not cocking, A natural reaction sometimes is to try again. If that occurs it is double or triple loading and can cause jams. Mostly triple loads but some times double loads can make it hard to get the mag out. If you fiddle with it enough it will come out as you proved with the second go round. Then I very carefully use a soft wooden dowel to extract pellets. I have pump action installed on my impact and do rapid fire action shooting. In the prosses of learning to rapid fire the rifle I have jammed it a few times. I have a 357 and on mine if the hammer spring is adjusted to heavily it will not cock. I don't know if this is possible for smaller calibers. Either way sounds like it wasn't cocking. I would suggest clear the jam and tinker with it and see if you can find the problem. I was lucky enough to have a airgunsmith talk me through a few things on the phone including a complete disassemble. I was very intimidated by the notion of working on it but it's not bad. A lot of problems can be fixed at home. As far as the shop it seems clear they never checked the trigger the first time. That's a shame. Also if it was as simple a problem as I suspect a good check and test pre sale would have sorted it. I have an impact with around 7000 rounds through it and have found it to be very reliable and the little niggles can be dispatched with relative ease. Reach out to airgun nation forums and gateway to airguns you will find a lot of help. Also I was able to talk to a very nice technician at fx usa for upwards of 10 minutes. They patched me right through. Got the info I needed. Try your counter part or if you can try fx usa. Hope this helps.

You are correct instinct is to try again but as soon as you do you curse yourself for doing it.
To be honest I'm not one for tinkering with guns as it can be very dangerous if you don't have the experience and knowledge to know what you are doing and with the m3 being new and under warranty it was sorted by Sportsman gun centre and having put a tin of pellets through it it is spot on.

@@smreviews6259 Glad it's good now. You should have thousands of trouble free shots ahead of you. FX themselves have a youtube channel and two of the latest videos are complete disassembly and reassembly it wont void warranty. I'm very much a non mechanical guy but I have a channel and had to film couldn't wait for my gun to be shipped to a shop for a fix. I discovered it's really not bad. However to each his own and follow your instincts. Furthermore you shouldn't have anymore problems they are very reliable when sorted. I have the same gun .25 fac jsb hades are ok to 50yds max. after that the groups go worse the farther you shoot. however jsb kings 25.39 are superb shooting at 920 fps. i havent shot slugs yet! when i first got the gun it lost 25 bar on the first night.sent back and came back fixed. No problems since. the trigger is heavier than i would like and ANY adjustment effects the safety engagement its VERY easy to mess the settings up, it took me ages to set up but now its fine. Overall its a good very accurate gun my confidence is going up every time i use it.

As a machinist and mechanic , the only reason I bought the FX Impact was the introduction of slugs to the market . I felt this particular PCP had the capability of shooting slugs accurately at high velocities.
I purchased the MKII generation 3 , the last generation before the introduction of the M3 .
I am in the US and these PCP Impacts are pushed to the limits due to less restrictions . This will effect longevity before requiring service with o-rings and loosening of parts due to vibration .
If you are interested in an Impact , #1 make sure of the air gun shop and it’s reputation to service . Preferably if you have mechanical knowledge and have the proper tools to torque everything properly in assembling , you should be ok . There is more than enough information on the internet to explain every aspect of the Impact to perform your own repairs .
If you are relegated to having someone work on your Impact be patient , you will have to wait in line because you are not alone . The only think you can hope for is the technician that works on your PCP is more knowledgeable than you and cares about the quality work that they do .

I bought a BSA R10 SE in 177cal. Its FAC as Iam in the USA. I got the rifle in April of 2020. I have not had one problem with the rifle. Its the right hand walnut version. Its the most beautiful rifle I own.
Contrary to what you hear, the factory regulator is great. Its ES is 20fps over 40 shots at about 21ft pounds. SD is 4. And it shoots any pellet over 10gr perfectly.
If you look at real test of full shot strings. This is awesome performance.
    I can show a shot string of 10 shots, with a 11,or 13 ES and 2- 3fps SD.
People that think BSA can't perform as good as anything made, are wrong.
    This rifle is 💯% stock.
Maybe you should buy a good old tried and true UK rifle.

You’re lucky got my M3 a few weeks ago have used it three times so far.
Problems 1st reg will not hold the same pressure can be anywhere from 120- 150 no matter how I adjust it. Rear plenum is leaking an oily substance from the front of it. It started hissing air from inside of the plenum the other day and was shooting much lower power at the time it was hissing. It just stopped hissing by itself. My trigger works great 99% of the time but every now and then you just breathe on it and it will go off no give at all very light. I think I need to send it back.

Very interesting video. I have an FX Dreamline Tac and it took me a lot of fettling to get it to shoot right. Constantly shifting POI. Out of the box it's the worst airgun I've ever owned. They should leave the factory tested and checked (I assume they have quality control?) and shooting right. EDIT: I was a little early, I hadn't watched all the way to the end, and had already written my commentary. But you also say yourself that you probably won't buy anything anymore. You do that right, because it's definitely not a good store, service I mean.

These types of weapons, which are really expensive, should leave the factory with quality control, and be exported according to what the client wants. Example request the weapon with a configuration in .22 for slug 25.39 knockout and redesigned jsb 25.39 with the adjustments and tests already from the factory with the number of shots made for such adjustment. with the configuration in detail. and changing the configuration with "x" settings for 18.13 all that information should come in the box for the client that requested it with that configuration. even with target and distances of the tests carried out included. in this way they avoid bursting O-rings. We're not talking about a Us 500 gun. We're talking about Us 2,000. (I understand that it is a business but they are losing credibility, trust and customers.

I understand what you are saying but the practicality of that is near impossible because Fx for example will not know who is buying the gun nor what pellet or slug they intend to use.
If you have a chronograph and write thing's down it is easy to set the impact mk2 up and the m3 is even easier.

have had nothing but issues with my mk2, leaks in new places every other week, they had dry assembled my rifle, so orings where failing constantly. every time i call FX-USA it sounds like they have a party going on, if i get through at all. they have promised to send orings on several occasions, nothing have ever showed up....i got their chrony, and FX said on youtube just to call them and they would send the 3d printed dodad so it easy to attach to barrel ...i called they took my name and nothing. my rifle came with a horrible trigger, heavy like a hatsan/crosman. now rifle has spent most of its life in the safe as i didnt like it. but the last month i have tuned and started to like it, and then reg fails, during the depressurization i it developed a leak as well, around the the orings going from plenum into pistol grip.....that clamp is so tight on my gun its nearly impossible to remove and remount the plenum.....in the same timeframe i got a vulcan as well, it has been flawless right out of the box, never had to do anything to it, i have had 4 fx rifles, only my wildcat mk2 has been good, 1 impact .177 went back to dealer for a refund (leak, crossthreaded shroud and so much more), dream line .177 couldnt group went back for a refund....i hung on to the impact in hopes that this supposedly top shelf gun just needed a new oring and all would be fine...i was stupid...never FX again
