Möchte ungern Fliesen auf OSB legen, da der Boden noch leicht nachgibt und knarzt…

Зачем в данном случае нужна сухая стяжка, можно было сразу укладывать финишное покрытие.

What is the point of the fermacell plates? Why not put the (under)floor directly on the levelling compound
more insulation and soundproofing, I installed these plates 10 years ago on the concrete ground floor and 1st floor with a beam/OSB construction. Very pleased with the result, easy to work with.

Mire gondolsz, a gépekre? Igazából ezt a fajta Fermacell elemet "Schüttungra" tesszük, hogy az egyenetlen padlót egyenesbe hozzuk. Így nem terheljük a födémet a megszokott Estrich nagy súlyával és nem kell kivárni a száradási időt. Nem is értem miért volt szükség ide ezt lerakni. Láthattad az ajtóból is vagy 5 centit levágott, tehát a helység magassága is csökkent emiatt és még biztosan jön valami burkolat rá.
Szepen végezte a munkát, csak nem tudni miért volt rá szükség. Lehet hang, vagy hőszigetelés végett.
Werkzeuge mit Absaugung im Haus sind ein Muss. Hatte unebenen Boden, keinen rechten Winkel im Raum, begrenzte Einbauhöhe.
