if i was in this situation in this group i would 100% agree with shane like some 12 year old girl who doesnt know crap about survival in a zombie apocalypse gonna be alive out there after like a month?!?!? definitely not, the group was delusional to think a kid like sofia would be alive
they weren't leaving the farm so might as well look for her whether shes dead or alive to give carol some closure. also they werent that far in to the apocalypse so they arent as jaded to give up on lost people
