A special feature on the Bulls, with many rare insights into the makeup of the team, on and especially off-court.
Enjoy. - Sport
Rodman gets ejected, Jordan grabs 16 boards. This is why no one should underestimate what this guy was capable of when comparing him to Lebron in terms of assists, boards, etc. He just did what was needed of him to win.
Nobody wins on their own. Some people just take over the Finals and make it seem like they do everything by themselves. MJ was the most dominant Finals machine ever. They faced Magic? He averaged 11 assists per game? Then Portland and Clyde? Someone suggested that Clyde has an advantage on 3-point shooting, MJ comes out and shoots threes like crazy. Then Suns, the highest scoring, unstobbable team with home court advantage? MJ scores 40+ppg. He did whatever was needed, every time.
Jordan was so flexible and versatile he could fill almost any role a team needed filling at whatever time they needed it.
These Old Vids are A GEM
Hands down Jordan is the best there is the best there was and the best there ever will be!!
Greatest team of all time. End of story.
Yes
What a life these guys had back then. World's superstars.
That was a rock star team for sure.
i just remembered mj returned to the nba at age 32? that is considered old kinda, and then he won another 3peat!!.. old comment..haha.. nice and rare video indeed!!♥
I luv how Denis and MJ were more alike than alot of people may think. The words confident and cocky comes to mind.
Such a gem footage. I wasn't old enough to understand and admire what the 96 bulls have achieved, watching this now makes you understand the complexity and the greatness that they have achieved. Truly the best team ever.
Whatching this kinds of " inside " videos after The Last Dance, it’s like a good dessert
1:28 WHOA! how ironic that Jordan said ''in the 15 years that I play.'' seems like Jordan knew he was going to play for 15 years total in the NBA...
Jordan always stood up to criticism very well he came back to prove who was the greatest and he showed all the critics he was still the best by winning 72 games and 3 more titles Jordan will always be the goat unforgettabulls
4.40-4,42 he at peace with the world and then goes ad headbutts someone looooool
That's rodman
I remember recording this the night it aired😄
1996 bulls is the best team ever
See GS?, it doesn't mean anything unless you win the championship
Thank you
I remember taping thing segment on a VHS tape! 😲
This is great footage. Thanks!
Great stuff. Thanks.
I miss those days
Dennis and Scottie sat out on that season.... Let that sink in 🤔🐐
Great job!
i've never seen this before. This is Lit
Jordan said 97 or 95% at 4.25-4.30 wow
it was the absolute truth MJ never regained the top end of his handles his quickness, the ups/midair abilities. or the seemingly never-ending supply of energy he had displayed regularly before retiring to pursue baseball never came back not even in 1996 while going 72-10...what happened vs orlando in the 1995 postseason wasnt a fluke and it wasnt the result of a lack of conditioning...the league, the media and his marketing dept insisted his prime was from 1991-98 with a 2yr break in the middle, but that was never the truth-the Bulls prime was from 1991-98...MJs prime is from the playoffs of 1986 -1993, and Dennis Rodman absolutely should have been the 1996 NBA Finals MVP, but giving him that award at the time would have destroyed their BS narrative about MJ being back in his prime again...After having his ball-handling weakness exposed while losing to Orlando he changed the way he played for the rest of his career, posted up and relied on that fadeaway and the post moves that work in conjunction with it as well as the triangle offense to get his pts far more often than he ever had relied on either option to score b4 leaving for baseball...If you paid attention you could see he still had most of the def abilities at times, but he didnt have that same bottomless reservoir of energy on defense anymore...In the NBA all def awards are often given out undeservedly to the top stars once theyve earned reputations for such things, and MJ certainly got a few...Quite honestly on the 1996-98 Bulls MJ was probably the 4th best defensive player behind Pippen Rodman and Harper simply due to how much more often those players were given the task of defending the tougher assignments while MJ would be conserving his energy on def for offense by defending the weakest perimeter assignment & pacing himself to take over late during the 4th qtr...
MJs handles at his absolute physical peak way b4 baseball

yes thanks buddy, your right.
Best Team Ever, if I remember correctly, they lost their last two games in the regular season by 1 point each, and against losing teams, they could have win 74 games, but they just lost a little bit of concentration down the road, and thats why they werent as impresive with their playoff record, which still was one of the best, but to lose twice to the Supersonics?, still it never felt like they weren´t in control o worried about this loses, and it made the finals more interesting.
Jordan did not lose 3 game in row for almost 900 games a record thats never been close to match Steph Curry had a streak with 350 wins as the second best ever but nobody close Jordan and all the reasons why Mj the goat.
cool you got the full video i was only able to catch the 2nd part of this story. FYI I'm Sopa lol
the 1995-1996 bulls team would kick any other great teams ass MICHEAL.J SCOTTIE.P DENNIS.R TONI.K RON.H AND THE REST OF THE TEAM WHERE UNBEATABLE
Winnington got million dollar footage.
8:30 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Keeping it real. Me I would never be ready for games with that kind of luxury.
I was at that Nets game
ah,i once stayed at the hotel mentioned at 3:58 :)
They actually won the last game of the season against Washington, but yea the game before against the Pacers they should have had but they were tired and there were some bogus calls. There are a few other sthey wish they could have back - the Toronto loss by 1, the Charlotte loss by 1, and that Denver game where they almost won after getting blown out most of the game. They realistically could have won 75 and taken the record from nearly impossible to completely impossible to break.
"Virtual reality games" lol
Bulls classic practice gym it's still the same? ❤
Sopa man!SOPA
hey sopa has this video
@imsljr420 sopa? what is that?
I came here because of The Last Dance
he said he at 97 to 95 percent of peak. I think he was more like 88 percent. He lost step after leaving in 93. Still he was the goat and at that 88 percent he way above anyone else.
hi does anyone know the name of the reporter or how I can get the version of this documentary.
rashem1111 I think that's Chris Wallace.
i think his name is Chris Wallace but idk the name of this doc
A little late but it's Chris Wallace
Was this the Dateline feature back in '96?
rip jerry krause
I thought Jordan couldn't rebound. One of the best rebounder's Dennis Rodman is out and Jordan grabs 16 rebs
When he was talking about the Bulls vs Nets game he said the Bulls won by two he was wrong they won by four 97 93
Difference is that jordan is like 9 inches taller haha...
I think it has to do with censorship.
The big 3?? did you all hear that, FIRST!
Billy How about WILT, BAYLOR and WEST????
Holy shit I just realized thats Chris Wallace.
from 4:38 to 4:41....the reporter says Rodman listens to Pearl Jam....looking to be in peace with the world....maybe that's how Ron Artest continuously copies Rodman....by naming himself Metta World Peace.....Peace???...then again????....haha...lol !!!!!!!!
2:56 this is humiliating😂
Head butts a ref?!?!?! Who does he think he is? Latrell sprewell?
Bred 11s
Wonder how Rodman would fair in today's league...
i would not guard Jordan at all i dont want to look like a fool
Yeah The Big 3. Maybe Skip Bayless should listen to this to see how Michael Jordan did not win on his own.
Noway. Theres been a lot better teams than this. They have good role players but thats it.
better teams on paper but on court is a different story. the role players you are talking about were the biggest difference in msking this 96 bulls a team for the ages.
Really? have they ever tried the bulls, it's a about stats that define greatness about a dynasty! Your wrong, there's a lot better and great teams, out there but can't compare to the bulls they're a complete team!
Lol ok kid
a little more than that ...those role players are far more than good ...hall of famers and some of the greatest players in history...fantastic chemistry ...the practices are far more intense than the regular games..those players were beyond focus.. phoenominal coach..and a Captain thats arguably the GOAT
