In as much as I like Apostle Arome, he is wrong on somethings. The fellows experience is as a result of what he understands from scripture. His experience doesn’t invalidate scripture. Now this what Jesus said "Behold I give unto you power to thread upon serpent and scorpions and over all powers of the enemy AND NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HURT YOU". We must grow up so we don’t get tossed by every wind of doctrine.
It’s the same Bible that says “this kind goeth not except by fasting and prayers”. There are levels of battle in the spirit so you have to be equipped.

When Jesus said that and even though his speech is not exactly what many think it meant, but lets assume it is what he meant. Rightfully dividing the word of truth will make you ask yourself if when He said it, He had died, being buried and resurrected? TIMELINE MATTERS. You guys just quote scriptures anyhow without knowing how to rightfully divide the Word of truth and when you are being taught instead of learning, you begin to argue. When Jesus said it, He had not been crucified and had not ascended into glory. When He died and whipped satan and his cohorts and took the keys or death, hell and the grave and all the powers of satan and gave it to the Church, which demon or spirit will not obey or will put up a fight? You guys should should study so you can grow up.
Philipians 2:9 says God has exalted Him and given Him The name above every name that at The name of Jesus every knee in heaven, on earth and beneath the earth shall bow and confess that He is Lord. So which one demon or devil or principality would put up a fight. Thats why the incident of The Prince of Persia and Daniel is not possible anymore. In Daniel's time, Jesus was not yet glorified. Alot in the realms of the spirit had not happened. The Holy Ghost was not given and did not in dwell men. Now our prayers dont need to ascend. God is in us praying for us through us listening and replying us according to God's will in The person of The Holy Ghost. What is playing out is his fear and not faith in God's Word that's why they demons are acting up cos they sense fear as it empowers them and faith in the Word destroys them.

What he is talking about is quite common in Africa and the Caribbean because of the levels of witchcraft performed in those continents and countries.
But also number 2 the spiritual realm is more real than the physical realm and people forget that “for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities, authorities, powers, and rulers of darkness”.

@@geraldcorkson9605 no disrespect intended and no bias either, but I don't fully agree with that view. If Paul himself had to fight against the beasts of Ephesus in 1st Cor 15:32, then there's certainly a contention to be had between us who are striving to bring "kingdom come" on earth and the devil's advocates trying the contrary, which is why even the bible advices that we *resist* the devil(meaning there is a to and fro contention). Aside from the fact that Jesus's words and life before resurrection are supposed to be the template for Christian living today, and they are very valid in essence regardless of the timeline(LK 21:33).
Like I understand the point of Christ being exhalted and us having His name which brings satan to his knees, but it doesn't rule out that there is a never ending (till Christ comes again) contention between us and the devil(who is the prince of this world according to Jesus Himself) over territories to establish dominion

Now I am not arguing that we do not have to contend. Still Paul said we wrestle not against flesh and blood. He again says the weapons of our warfare at not canal. In another place the scripture says fight the good fight of faith. The question has never been that if we were at war or not, but rather the method of our warfare.
The modus operandi of our warfare matters. Its just like now we are in an age of warfare where different kind of machine guns, aircraft, war tanks etc are used and u want to keep fighting with bow and arrow and spears?
We have advanced weapons so if we are using them as we should, our experiences will not be as when we are using bow and arrow. This was my point.
