@@WimBals do you recommend or just prefer painting on panels? As a beginner I’ve just recently been told by my former teacher that we should always paint on canvas because the paint behaves differently on panels.
@@sherilegacy8870 Panels are smoother to paint on.
On a canvas the structure can be just a bit too rough for me. With larger formats, this plays a slightly less important role.
A canvas gives a little more 'flow' of the paint because it is more resilient than a panel.
He looks sad 😮😢
Probably because of the many hours he had to pose 😊.
