Updated the samsung health yesterday and when I checked this morning my 5pro had recorded deep sleep the same it did before the one ui 5 update. Also HR was much more accurate during today's commute to work. I have the LTE version so I don't have the latest firmware update yet. But looks like the Samsung health app update fixed these 2 issues.
I have that update, Galaxy watch 6 Classic, always on display, LTE model. Battery life seems to have been improved. Just my observation. Love your videos, always, Dana
My new Watch 6 Classic LTE is acting glitchy today, I’m having trouble using Assistant to send text. The text messages end up as a unsent draft. Also the watch went into airplane mode by itself then showed a overheating message and I couldn’t power it off. It froze for awhile then shut off. Glad I held onto my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, it works fine
Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic LTE here. I did the update and while I wouldn't say it took too much time doing the update itself, what happened to me is that after the stage where the watch is updating while it is off and the progression bar reached 100%, the watch never reset itself. It just stayed off. I waited for 30 minutes thinking that maybe this is what you were talking about being a "long" update, but this definitely wasn't the case. It was just too long. So I long-pressed the power button to try to turn the watch on but nothing happened. Than I kept it pressed for about 10 seconds or more and the Watch turned on and the whole update process begun all over again. Including the first part which was already done initially. After it reached 100% the Watch reset itself and turned on normally and completed the update normally after a few minutes. If anyone else encounters this situation don't panic like I did initially :))

GW 4 user here and I pride myself in always getting 2 days minimum from a charge. EVer since the last update 3-5 days ago My watch goes from %100 to 12% between 7am-4pm...I never changed anything and when checking the battery usage the app % used since last full charge only adds up to about 35-40% but something is using 45% of my watch battery in a background somewhere and I don't know where. Does anyone know of any permissions or app settings that get re-set with the last update?
Ever since the new wearos update my watch doesn't trigger Google assistant.. It only launches Bixby.. Even check the settings doesn't matter which assistant you set, it only launches Bixby on long press
Sleep tracking is completely messed up. Huge gaps in detection. I can safely say I did not stop sleeping at 3am. Just empty space in the graphs. And it doesn't seem to be able to do simple math. Sleep at 10:30 and wake at 6am does not equal 4.4 hours. Very disappointed in this update.

I live in the US down in Florida. Do you know when we might receive this update. I know it's after the one UI 5.0 update. My screen on my watch has become laggy and freezes. Better life has gone from lasting 2 days to barely getting through one day. This is on Galaxy watch 5 pro Bluetooth model
Before the new update I was burning 600 calories and he on Samsung health but now after the new update no matter how high my heart rate is the calorie burn per hour is only 400. Has anyone else experienced issues with the calorie burn after the new update?
One thing I did notice with watch 6 classic SoundCloud app is not available in the play store on the watch 6 classic but the watch 5 pro its available? Both newest update bluetooth version

Absolute load of rubbish this new update. Supposedly sorted out over heating and other updates. I hadn't been out of the house 2 minutes. All the following turned on. Bluetooth, mobile date, nfc, location and CZcams music. I did have my watch on my wrist for over 2 hours. So unless it's me being in general a really hot person, the heating issue sucks. I only turn on the features when I go out ( Bluetooth on all time connected to phone ). As like to leave phone at home whenever possible.
First open your Phone Google assistant settings and select the language as English. Then go to Asistant in your WATCH and set up. After set up go back to Phone and select the language what you what. Then your assistant will work on watch. Please carefully read phone and watch in the steps what I explained above.
Don't accidentally start an excersize track when you walk up early or it sends your watch into cardiac arrest. They need to look into this quickly because it damn near kills the phone.

Another new feature is the health app on the watch finally giving you an notification when you've reached your goals (full screen animation)
Mines did it yesterday when I reach my goals but today it didn't do it are you having this problem

It immediately broke the auto workout detection. Did a reset got it working again but, after two weeks it broke again. So darn annoying. 😕

Updated this morning my gw6c 43mm, still important battery drain from Google play services (10-15% from what I saw). Will see in the upcoming days...
When I first did update my battery died super fast and after a day it is now lasting longer than ever
