You can cut off an old tire, and take the band off. Then when you’re gonna press on a new tire on, put a plate on top of the new tire and the band on top of that. That way you don’t need the piston going all the way down.
????? I don't understand where is the confusion. Anybody with the minimum amount of common sense can tell the difference between an air tire and cushion press on. Otherwise they have NO business near a press they'll just end up hurting themselves
