I've bought so many straws and pens and can't get any of them to fit each other, I did see someone on Tik Tok use balloon sticks but the ones I bought aren't narrow enough, the hunt goes on. These are lovely

You can use a coffee stir straw. I asked a local coffee shop if I could have some and they gave me a box.

def going to a local one to ask for some. can find those .4-centimeter straws to save my life.
I'm going to try the coffee straw because my straws (although the holes are small) are too big and don't conform to the tip of the pen refill.

I purchased my pen silicone molds with refills and caps from Amazon. The refills 5.5 inches, but the tip is so much smaller than the straw. What do you suggest?

U can grab 2 straws and mix n match no lines

Hi are you able to cut the straw in case it's too long
@Tracy Jones Place the straw against the mold and cut it to length if it's long. Then place it inside the mold and make sure everything fits before pouring the resin.
This straw was very thin so I was able to cut it

@omayrarivera1823 Are you asking about the Petri effect? It's made using alcohol inks.. dropping white ink on the coloured ink

I think the resin has not cured fully. Wait for a few days to see if it hardens
