It looks like you wrapped 3 times around your fingers before making a loop. Is that true? Can you slow it down a bit.

No freaking way. Why does everyone else overcomplicate it with the whole, "make an X yada yada"?! I wont have to watch a tutorial every time I need to make one now, thank goodness!
