Anyone who watched the TLC movie know how much Dallas cheated on her during the 8 yrs they were together so i think she has trust issues plus Usher cheated too. I think she doesn't want to be in another relationship with a liar and a cheat, she's trying to protect herself.
When a person has been hurt deeply it coats their heart and minds with armors which are difficult to understand unless you've been there. Her ability to trust someone is very fragile & while it might seem drastic to dismiss a guy as she did with Rafael, fact is, she cant see beyond his "omission" and doesn't have the time or the interest to work beyond it. That being said, I really would not be comfortable dating a guy who is taking bike rides with his ex while trying to get to know me... probably I am just as paranoid.
If he told her straight forward that he was hanging out with his ex girlfriend when she ask her about his past relationship yesterday i think that she would been more understanding, because she is dating other people too. Because he wasn't fully honest it hard to trust him. She feels like she wants to trust him because he is hot and charming, but she can't stay with a guy that she doesn't trust because of how he looks. She would just be settling because she does want to lose him like she did before. And that would be worst. Many women just stay and shake it off as nothing when it really bugs them. Better to get out then when it stings a little then to wait till your heart is fully in it. She made the right choice.

Chili should work on her past issues and insecurities with a professional counselor before she puts herself out there for a relationship. She is still holding on to a lot of past hurts, trust issues and betrayal that she is projecting on the present men. It's not fair, she's holding these guys to unrealistic expectations, all while being strung along by Floyd because he's the only man she is letting get close to her, mistaking their "closeness" for a false hope of a real relationship
