Jimmy wasn't traded to Miami. He was traded to Philadelphia to play with Embid, with the Lucky bounce losing them the series against Kawhi, He then chose to leave cause he couldn't deal with Ben Simmons as one of the reasons and signed with Miami in Free Agency.
Technically, Jimmy was traded to Miami for Josh Richardson. But that was only because he was going to sign somewhere as a free agent if the Sixers didn't do that deal.
According to Jimmy he had no issues with Ben and he would’ve stayed in Philly but issue was with management thinking that they couldn’t control him

Also, I can tell you never watched Shaq on the cavs because he commanded an instant double team every time he touched the ball or it was a bucket. So he was good enough to be Shaq, Lebrons playstyle just doesnt compliment his, and we can appreciate Kobe and Pat Riley's leadership a little more for keeping shaq in shape. All in all lebron had good teammates in his first cavs run. Only difference is he ended their careers. Check shaq, ben wallace, larry hughes, antwan jamison, etc. which careers pretty much died after joining the cavs. I wont mention k love, rodney hood, chris bosh those are just too much
As a lifelong Cavalier fan, I couldn't believe the number of times I was begging them to take Shaq out. He wasn't even being a "space heater" by that time. Guys were going around him with ease. He couldn't block anyone out for a rebound. He retired before he ever got to Cleveland.
Yeah this is why Kobe and Shaq wouldn't have won many more titles even if they did stay together and worked it out
Durant and Westbrook weren't a failed duo. They made a Finals and multiple Conference Finals. Lol. They were one of the best duos to not win a ring together, if that's what you mean.

Shaq and LeBron wasn't a Duo, it was Cavs trying to get talent to surround a young Lebron. Based on Shaqs career, he was well past his prime.
Jimmy Butler wasn't swell on Wiggins, but Towns was the biggest issue in Minnesota. He demanded a trade and landed in 76ers where it became even worse because Embiid injuries were a headache, and Simmons wasn't interested in getting better. And if there is one thing we know about Butler, he hates people who don't want to elevate their game, won't work out and eliminate their weaknesses.
Westbrook and Durant never failed, they were multiple time Conference Finalists and made the NBA Finals against one of the best teams in 2010s. The didn't fail, they just never succeeded to make it all the way to the top. Big difference.
