You touched a key point when you mentioned that you were "checking less and less". This is precisely what many of us want - not being paranoid about your bald spots & checking yourself all the time in the mirror to see that you are presentable.

@@smcdonald9991 yeah i agree! its crazy to even believe i can think this way, but its true! cant wiat for more time to pass and i completely forget about it 😅
@@coolgoy212 i have a full video here of the cost! czcams.com/video/-MH12Kka0uY/video.html
Looks great, love to see the progress! Hope things are coming along nicely for your wedding btw 🎉
Haha wedding prep is coming along nicely thanks for mentioning!!
Looks good man, even though it's gradual, I think you'll get there in time being. Looking forward to next month's video.
thanks man! Slow n steady, but i'll get there hopefully!
I've followed your videos and Yesterday I had my 2nd procedure in my crown. The next stop will be smp and then close the book on this 2 year campaign. It really is a long road.
congrats on getting yours done! Its a long road ahead but it will be worth it!
Really happy for you my man 👌🏻 feels like my personal growth as I’ve been following you since day 1. I’m pretty sure your crown would be filled up in the next 6-8 months.
haha appreciate that man! yeah im excited for the next 6-8 months!
I gotta question for you tho I’d really appreciate if u can answer me: is 0.5 fin effective and are u sure u ain’t facing any side effects? Thinking of starting it.
@@misbahrko1233 I havent faced any side effects even when i was takign 1.25mg of finasteride. if you are worried about them, id suggest taking a lower dose every alternate day and see how your body reacts to it.
Usually its always just in your head, but if you dont feel any side effects you can continue and monitor your hair. However if u do feel like there are side effects, you can always stop the medication and after about 2 weeks you should feel back to normal
Looks good man!, not being on your mind all the time is what matters!
Also it seems like you got still a lot of donor left, also SMP is an option for your crown, but I think in 12 months it will look really filled. Good luck
thanks man! Yeah im considering SMP if my donor area doesnt fill up as much as I'd hope, but honestly i barely think about it now. Super happy!
glad worked out for you
Me too!! Haha but still a ways to go to get the full look. thank you!
Might be headed to Vera! Just need my crown done
amazing! you got this!!
Hey Amit it looks really good and its obvious that the process is slow but steady. Don't fret, don't stress. My doc told me that due to extremely sparse blood supply, it takes full 2 years for follicles to form and grow at crown area. So give it time as i'm sure it will start poppin in about 3,4 months at a much faster pace. It is one of those processes where everything builds up to one moment, and when that moment comes BAM hair grows like crazy.
thats interesting! good to know as well. the crown will take longer and im prepared forthat. but hearing that its because of the sparse blood supply makes a whole lot of sense!
@@amitposthair Well that is what my doctor told me. I did an HT beggining of October in Belgrade, Serbia to Doctor Shadi Abunaseer.
His clinic is called Hair & Skin Clinic. He's the best HT doctor in the region of ex Yugoslavia by far.
@@amitposthair you taking any tablets like finastride or minoxidil , I only take finastride. I just had my implants on Monday 19th of feb 2024 with smile clinic.
Ah, not the best lighting, but it's really starting to show! I appreciate all your updates.
thank you!!
Hi Amit, great video!!One question-Even after 4 months of the hair transplant my scalp itches and there are some pimples,is this normal and when does the itching go?
I have been following your journey for quite a while & really amazed. Got a question if you can help please! what was your medical therapy post transplants? Were you on oral/tropical finasteride?
i was! took 1mg dailiy initially then moved to take 0.5mg now daily. it's been very effective!
Hey and thx for your great videos! A quick question on vitamin D: are you taking it separately as part of the multivitamin? thx
I do take it separately! Mainly becssue it gets quite gloomy here in london and not that much of sun. So taking a little more vitamin d helps overall with that 😅
Hey Amit whats your opinion on having the crown done using DHI technique?
I was told the crown is very slow on growth after a transplant, and obviously is very true at 9 months.
yeah! its still taking its old sweet time!
@@amitposthair your probably surprised yourself its this slow.
Hey. I had a transplant last year at vera. Happy with the results. But im in the exact same position as you in terms of crown. Rather than a second ht could i try dermarolling just the crown to get results?
you definately could! I would suggest to only for a second if everything else you've tried has not worked for you
Bro how long after monoxidil application we can comb our head
Boss nice result..cam u tell me after transplant medicines
yes of course! I have a full video on what to take after a hair transplant here - czcams.com/video/DCzE16f6b8E/video.html
I'm confused, you said you use 0.5mg fin but in the video you're cutting a 5mg pill in fourths. Did you use to do 1.25mg?
I used to! I just haven't had time to re film cutting up my finasteride 😅. But I do use 0.5mg now..I've reduced since about the 4th/5th month
Thanks for the clarification!
Hi Amit, great video as always, i have 2 questions for you, i would appreciate an answer form you:
Is it normal after 1 month to have still some parts of my donor area with still emty areas ans not yet recovered+itching?
Does it really makes difference for your groth and density using Revita shampoo?or any baby shampoo is ok?
Because is a bit expensive
Hi thanks for watching the videos! To answer your questions:
1. Yes it's completely normal for your donor area to still seem empty. You'll only start seeing it more full after about 2-3 months once you let it grow out
2. I personally do feel that the revita shampoo makes a difference as my hair looks and feels denser thanks to the ingredients they use. I'll be doing an updated video review of their products on the channel very soon!
@@amitposthair also still itching a lot in the donor area is normal?
Thanks for your response Amit
Thanks for the video, Amit. Question -- for your first hair transplant, how quickly did the ink from the drawn hairline disappear? I'm on month three, and I still see the line where they drew my new hairline as a guide. I'm baffled as to how it's still there. I've scrub it every time I shower. My clinic is saying all is looking normal, but I just sent them a video. Do you have any advice? Did your drawn line disappear immediately?
the ink went away pretty quickly, i'd say on the same day of the surgery. hopefully they didnt use a permament marker on you??
@@amitposthair Hopefully not. It's been difficult to get answers from them on this. I got it done at Serkan Aygin clinic, which appeared reputable. I'll keep trying to figure this out. Thanks for the response.
How old are you dude ? And did you use beard hair to the crown ? Second time round and how many grafts?
34! I did not use my beard as i didn't want any injections on my face/neck 😅. I got a total of 4000 grafts from my donor area the second time around
Looks great. I’ve a question and I really hope you can answer me. It’s about a lack of density. I’m n my 6th month. Hair is getting longer and thicker there’s no complain about it, and I understand that it can take up to 12 months to see full results, but the problem that worries me a lot is that almost 50% of grafts, follicles or u name them, didn’t show up at all. I would be more relaxed if I saw like a black points for example on the empty scalpels skin, then I would understand ok it will take time for them to grow so I’ll have better density after 12 months maybe, but as I mentioned, the hair is getting thicker, some that I lost during the shedding phase didn’t show up at all, so my question is: can they show up after six months? Did it happen to you during your first transplantation? Did they pop out? Scares me that they died so there’s no point to wait 😅but I can’t complain that much even with the 50% I’ve now because I almost lost all my hair on the top before my surgery. I hope you understand my question. Really curious about your experience because I watched your 6th months result
Have to add that my hairline looks perfect, filled and there’s no complain about it. In the middle I see a lot of skin with 50% of long hair.
i think it varies from person to person. I had some hairs pop out but not not too many. I was also on finastierde and applied minoxidil every day so that also helped. But dont worry i think you're still in your early stages. when u ge tto month 9 or 10 you will see much more growth!
Are you not concerned that stopping fenisteride and minoxidil could cause hair loss?
not really, as i had already lost a bunch of my hair so even if i stopped it i was not at a huge risk of losing existing hairs. However, it is case by case as others may have more hair before a transplant on their head compared to me
I'm 11 months post op crown crown with very similar results to you. I had mine done at a well known nyc clinic. How many grafts went in your crown?
i had 4000 grafts during my procedure and of that, 3200 went into my crown directly
Crown is like 2X slower cause when I was at 3 months frontline it was all filled in. now at 3.5 months 2nd transplant my crown still empty after
the same thing happened with me! but trust me, hang in there! it will eventually start growing out after the 4th-5th month!
Bro is styling hair to back direction after 4 months hair transplant okay will it affects results?.
it wont! you can style it in any way you wish, as the transplanted hairs will still continue to grow regardless
Hi, do you use finestride regularly? How long have you been using for? I’ve had my transplant it’s been 9 months but they feel slightly thin and is using fibres ok for your hair everytime you go out?
i do! ive been taking it for the last 2 years, and the dosage is 0.5mg at the moment daily. And yes its totally fine to use fibres if you need to!
@@amitposthair is 1mg ok to take?
@@ttee6282 yes! but always consult with your doctor before committing to it
I’m 6 days post op and wanted to ask if it’s normal to feel pain in the donor area throughout the day?
yes! its completely normal. you can take some pain killers to help with the pain
Will I be able to put all my med's and products in my carry on bad? I hate to pay for all that and it get taken
you can as long as its not above 100ml. Be sure to double check before leaving!
So it means that you have transplanted in total 10000+ grafts? Is this normal(average) for everyone?
that is correct. Its not normal as the average is usually less. But i had exceptional donor hair (according to the what the clinic said)
Hey man do I have to wear hat going outside after hair transplant?
you can wear a hat but i'd wait a few weeks before doing that. you dont want your new transplant hairs to get stuck to your hat if you wear it early on
When is it safe for us to get a haircut after a hair transplant?
generally you should wait for about 45 days before gettin ga hair cut, but i waited about 2 months (60 days) just to be cautious. I have a few videos of my first experience of getting a hair cut after my transplant on my channel, check them out!
Is normal that my 6 months transplanted hairs grow faster & thicker than the other side?
Yes! transplanted hairs will not be consistent, but over time it will all even out after a hair cut. At least they're growing out now for you though!
Hi. How long last numbness in transplanted area?
takes about 3-4 weeks to fully be gone!
You're wrong going to a place like Vera Clinic and not having real doctors do your transplant. Your crown will never take. You Needed to go to a place where real doctors would do the crown. The crown is 100 times harder than the front of your head. If not done right, you will not get the results. Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude. I just wanted to let you know that you're mistaken. If you had not gone to a hair farm, you would have seen better results already. I got my crown and front done 8 months ago, and both are full, but I paid three times more than you. You get what you pay for. I really need to understand how you think you're an expert at this, which you are not. Unfortunately, you are not going to see the results that you are seeking.
Hi there, are there any clinics in particular where the real doctors do the transplant?
