    cool the sea ranch has some great 1970s -90s architectural gems wood and glass prices are lil high

    The second I heard that they were an architect/ artist gay couple who approached design with their Dogs in mind I just knew this was going to be a top notch home.

    I absolutely love this place with one caveat… it might be a bit dark for my taste. Other than that it is amazing!

      Thanks for your kind words! Not sure why but film does seem darker than the house actually is.
