The current anthem of Spain has not lyrics simply because originally it hadn't.
It was just a melody from grenadiers of the Spanish Empire.
It has nothing to do with Francisco Franco.
Also, a lot of people made lyrics for the Spanish anthem, not only Franco or the Falange.

The current Brazilian Anthem dates back to 1889, when the Republic was proclaimed, 1822 as the Hymn of the Empire and the current Hymn of Independence.
The lyrics of Brazilian anthem dates from the Republic Proclamation, but the song originally is from 1831, use as informal national anthem. Its a confuse story, but in this current form, it's official since 1922, the centurion of independence of Portugal
As a pole i can say that our anthem was created somewhere near 1798 (i dont quite remember) and was implemented in 1918
