Ryan you need to have some 3/4-1" pvc pipe on the truck so you can put pins in the ground and slip the pipe over the top to make arches to help keep.the plastic off the concrete walkway looks awesome
I'm just curious, can any of the guys do anything without you telling them, I mean every job is like their first day. Eric and Francisco do their own jobs and you have to tell them where to set the pins or place the plastic, whats the deal?

I am a lifelong contractor myself in the building trades, next time those guys miss the site by 10 minutes from everyone who left the shop at the same time. I've got guys on my crew that every day is their first day. I feel for ya . I've had a lot of rain days fighting the plastic and re-doing the finish over and over. It's frustrating but got to keep at it. Great job ! Lot of admiration.

Leaving lights on, windows down, boxes open. Loosing tools/stolen. No communication when leaving or not arriving to job. taking much longer to do a task than if did it yourself. NOT cleaning. I worked as a laborer for 20 years and I would have been fired from all jobs I worked if I did these things. Kind of frustrating to see you being okay with it.

Simply remembering the correct sequence of operations , writing down instructions and being aware of his surroundings would make him highly valuable.
He wasn't hired for his ability to do anything besides drive the trucks which he hasn't seemed to fail at yet....

Attaching a trailer still seems to be a work in progress, pto..., was looking at the winter yard for an equipment located in the old yard. These are pure driver tasks the is still needs to master after a full season.

I find it odd that a few of your guys want or have started businesses but still don't know how to do their regular job correctly. Around here if someone opens a truck door and they are going to steal one saw they always take both. Took all gravel out put out inStreet to dry for about an hour Finished garage floor and driveway that day . Then all. Summer was 90z & 100 F 😩 be careful what you wish for. lol What you say is Projected out into the. Universe . A very successful guy told me once if we Sat around Worrying about the Weather / Rain we would never work or get anything done !

I got a labeler I use to put placard reminders everywhere. My life philosophy treat every employee like they have the cognitive ability of a 10 year old. It's the only way I maintain my patience. Every day my inner mantra is be humble. Some of my good friends are geniuses and I think of how they must feel when dealing with me.
You can be a genius but have no common sense
The only Easy money is money you have fun working for. If you like the kind of work you do even a bad day can be ok and laughed at later, that is truly EASY MONEY!
Sometimes I can feel your frustration through the camera. It’s a daily occurrence for a small business owner and it’s just a part of life. I really appreciate the way you handle less than ideal circumstances. It would be easy to yell and scream at your employees. 99% of the time it’s just best to take the time to teach and fix the issues head on rather than throw a fit. I’m thankful that I was able to pick up on these good habits of yours and shift my thinking into positivity rather than negativity. Thank you Ryan and keep spreading your positivity!

It truly does appear that it will be the easiest money I will make in my lifetime. 3 months ago, I knew absolutely nothing about concrete. I mistakenly stumbled across your videos and have been enthralled with your ability to effortlessly obtain capital via a simplistic construction trade. By watching your videos and a few others on CZcams, I feel very confident I can be as successful as you and do so with minimal effort. 🤪
Good luck with that. Ryan has tremendous knowledge that he acquired over many years. He makes it look easy to handle 50 things at once. Before you go out and make a fatal mistake and lose your money, go to work in this industry and learn something about all of the phases of the business. There is an old saying, it’s easy to run someone else’s business. I had my own company for over 20 years , was very successful and sold it to a customer of mine. He lost the business 3 years later because he thought it was easy and found out the hard way that it was a lot of work and he didn’t want to take the time to devote his full effort and learn the business.
Good luck my friend. I hope you can get somone who will hire you and you learn the business and then try it on your own.
