  • If you've Quadricep or Patella Tendinopathy, here’s the effective way of using K-tape to reduce the load on the tendon and help with your recovery and strengthening rehab program. Remember to make sure your anchors are at 0% tension and listen to the commentary on where you need to place each bit of tape, including overlap, as well as what tension the table needs to be over the tendons.

    If I both issues, can I tape it just like that? I know you said don’t do both but I’m suffering from both pains at the minute
