I remember my friend had a really nice board, and some random guy walked up and snapped it in half, cracked the wheels, and bent the trucks in one Ollie. He was a BIG dude.
Anyway, a week later I was riding my bike down the sidewalk (I was 8 so the road wasn’t an option) and this guy had parked his car in the middle of the sidewalk. I was talking with my friend, and I didn’t see the car until I was probably 10 feet away, and we were going pretty quick. I managed to almost stop, but I gently tapped his car, lighter than if it was my finger, and he told me to get out and not come near his house again. He said if I did he would rip my bike to pieces and run it over with his car.
Most scary thing that ever happened to me other than a car accident and breaking my arm.
Micah Nixon lol! I remember I was like 10, and my whole life I only rode bikes that had foot pedal breaks. One day my friend let me ride his mountain bike and it was my first time on one. I was coming up fast on a parked car and went to go slam on the pedal break but my feet kept spinning and I slammed the car and flipped on to the hood of it lol. I jumped back on the bike and rode as fast as I could back to his house. No one ever knew it happened lol

Like most parents, probably didn't know the difference between a decent entry-level complete and a Walmart bike or he wouldn't have bought the thing in the first place.
