- Das langweiligste Video aller Zeiten...
The most boring video ever... :-)
After 1000h, the time has come: The two trusty BING 64 had to meet the workbench for an overhaul...

Many thanks! Very instructive. Not boring at all - just what I need!
This helps a lot. Thank you for taking the time to share your wealth of knowledge. It is appreciated.
Excellent video. Not boring at all! Danke!
Complimenti! bellissimo video!!!!!!!
Einfach perfekt!!!!
Thanks for video. Very informative.
Good Job!!! Thanks a lot!
thank you. Very good. 💪🤛✌️👏👏👏
Bravo, not so boring actually !
Great video! Would love to see a carb balancing tutorial if you need an idea for more content.
WILCO! :-)
Hallo Bob!
Well done video-- demonstrated in a way that makes narration & language unnecessary. I was about to make 2 corrections but the text at the end said the throttle pin O-ring was fine, so no need to change it. But I have a Bing 94 and am told it's this same carb, only a little bigger. That means there is a choke system jet that did not get taken out & cleaned. (there are three jets in the carb-- low/mid RPM, high RPM, and the choke system) When the float bowl is off and you are looking at the top rim of the bowl, there is a hole/tube in 2 corners. One of them is nothing; the other has a jet at the bottom for the choke. It gets clogged with debris and gas varnish and will make the engine not start. The jet is slotted for a screwdriver. Bing factory says that jet may have to be changed to a different size for very cold climates.
Now I’m ready to do the 200 hours inspection on our savannah
Great video, thank you for making it.
Question: how easy is it to remove the throttle shift, and how do you inspect it
the removal of the throttle shaft is missing to change the O-ring seal?
Thank you! Not boring at all! (A little calmer music would have been appreciated… no need to compensate that much the lack of voice. 😉)
Excellent !!! ...
I’m having an issue syncing my carbs 1 is leaking at low idle. I know it’s slightly out of sync . With throttle cables off and arms not touching the stops making slight tweaks it still won’t sync all the way. I’m supposed to have new kit installed but I think I may have gotten billed for something that didn’t happen . Go figure. Any othe way to sync at low idle? Once I get on the throttle the leak stops. It leaks by shaking.
Wow. Lots of small parts
Presuming there is no wear of the needle and jet, what is the initial mixture setting.
The needle is adjustable in height via the circlip.
You don't mention mixture setting ?
What procedure are people using to set mixture ?
Is the jet height adjustable ?
It was in the old Stromberg carbs in cars !
Hello
any advice on what type of oil used for cleaning?
best rgqrds
I didn't use much oil for cleaning, but only a few drops of WD40 :)
Hallo.. how to get this part carbilurate
Perfect!
Great video! What's that sick first track you got playin?
Thx! Its Pacific Hike / Silent Partner ;)
How come you have a tube coming in the air filter. What is the purpose ? The Rotax air filter has no holl for it. Thanks.
This tube is to venting the float-chamber. This chamber must have the same pressure as the air intake.
Good job, you have a very comprehensive parts kit... where can I get one? I need to O/H mine soon. Thank you.
the kit comes from www.loravia.com :)
Super god
i have a question if you are still commenting on this video?
Hi Terry, I try to... ;-)
Boring? No way, you must be kidding ;-)
Good video, but would have like to hear your commentary instead of music.
well ...the job needs to be done from time to time....but agreed...its so booooring
Fucking christ the music sucks!
