  • Join Kofi Bartels as we explore the latest political developments involving the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu. Senators from Nigeria's South East region, led by Enyinnaya Abaribe, have met with the Attorney-General of the Federation, Prince Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, to demand Kanu's release. This meeting follows a similar plea from South East governors and support from 50 House of Representatives members.
In this segment, we are joined by Razaq Olokoba, Public Affairs Analyst, and Rt. Hon. Chiedozie Alex Ogbonnia, PhD, National Publicity Secretary of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, to discuss the potential political agreements, implications for peace in the South-East, and the broader impact on Nigeria's stability.

In fact, am sick and tired of all these tribalistic, and politically biased journalists who take pleasure in in injustices and falsehood. I don't know if they are just simply afraid of the truth, or that they are just paid to pervert the truth all the time. How can someone in his right mind and in all honesty keep saying that NNAMDI KANU jumped bail when the whole world including this very journalist and this youruba man, and d federal govt know that the Nigerian military invaded his house, killed human beings, and he fked for his life? Could it be that these journalists are just wicked and inhumane to keep maintaining such false claims? This and many more false n biased narratives about Kanu, and d Igbos only further buttress the course of Nnamdi Kanu.

It baffles me when Nigeria journalist is addressing the issue of MNK that he jumped bail, someone was at his home waiting to answer ur call, suddenly, you sent armed soldiers to kill him and he narrowly escaped for his life which the armed men killed up to 28 men while trying to kill the main man, but people have mind to said that such person jumped bail⁉️

Razaq is not helping but his words is hurting Ndigbo more . The more Nigeria govt keeps MNK the more Ndigbo feels rejected, marginalized, persecuted and surfocated in Nigeria.
Note : it would be so difficult to stop the agitation of Biafra.
It would have been easy in 2017 to negotiate for a confederation. It's rather too late.

Supreme Court of Nigeria has determined that when Nnamdi Kanu fled, he did so for fear of his life. So his action was ratified by the Supreme Court. Nnamdi Kanu needs to be released from DSS custody as soon as possible. There is no doubt that his release will help to reduce the insecurity in South East, and help a lot to improve the economic condition of South East and by extension Nigeria. Even Sowore and Ighoho have spoken favorably towards the release of Nnamdi Kanu.

Nigeria government, 12:20 when you send your terrorist Army to invade MNK home, if you have succided and killed him, would you be saying that he jumped bell by now? Listen the only solution is to release MNK and allow the Biafrans to go then those that wants to continue with Nigeria are free. Is not by force for to be one Nigeria, if this government continue to try to to stop Biafra, means Nigeria wants another war.
