IMO, it could be anyone's guess on how Drew would perform in the majors long-term, but in his few at-bats, he has shown his real potential in competing at this level. Let's consider something... we've heard it ad-nauseum, but I'll repeat it again: The Buccos haven't had a start like this since 1992. Yes, we are still in the throes of the typical chaos which is the start of every MLB season and the tables could very much turn. With a start that is even better than the one thirty-one years ago and a fairytale story that has caused Drew to be a fan favorite, why not keep him on the roster for a bit longer? The organization's front office should really take note of this.
