One of your Best videos Nick, I always love watching the Gary Lang videos but this has to be one of the best and most up to date now, the Deepwater Creek Rainbows are found in a little spot near Seventeen Seventy and Gladstone, and are at the cross over between the Melanotaenia splendida splendida and the Melanotaenia duboulayi, they live in a very interesting spot in the Wallum or heathland in very Tannin water and are thought to be a natural hybrid of the two but I think from memory work is being done on them so they may be a sub species all on there own or just another Splendida type, I have a good size colony I have bred from the wild and will do a biotope video on them eventually with wild footage that isn't to good due to the tannin water, Thanks for making this video it is a great asset to the hobby! 🙂
Not a bad campground there is lots of Jacks and Saratoga in there too
@@stainless7191 Yes not a bad area, there are a few cool creeks in that area.
The production quality of this video is unparalleled. This is the future of fish CZcams for true hobbyists. Cheers mate.
Gary Lange is like the god father of rainbow fish. Im grateful for taking everyone on this tour. Some fantastic fish you don’t see everyday
was very fortunate to have Gary at our club to give a presentation. Amazing guy! glad you got to meet him
Love how he keeps all of his fish in planted tanks to entice their reproductivity! Beautiful setups Gary!
What an awesome day. I am in North Carolina USA and my Bug Buffet order will be here today! On top of that, the absolute best video of the fish god Gary Lange's fishroom ever! Nick's videos just keep getting better. THANKS SO MUCH!
That was an AMAZING 🙌🏻video bro, spectacular fish and superbly presented…. I have no doubt Gary Lange will be very happy and honored by how beautifully you have presented his fish, his room and his passion. Such a cool guy and a fantastic legacy video. I’m going to watch this many times 🙏❤️🙌🏻🇦🇺🦘
Another great video Nick. I liked how you aIlowed Gary to speak without interruption or talking over him as I've seen in other tours of his fishroom. Gary is the type of expert you can listen to for hours and not be bored. PS: who won the snowball fight? 😄😄
One of your best vids, he reminds me of the old school breeders, scientific, obsessed but very interesting. Thumbs up 👍
I have watched several Gary Lange fish room tours and your tour was one of the best! Great Video!
ive never seen rainbows look tht good on video before
I swear Gary is an inspiration to me. I have bred the C. alleni and kali tawa rainbows myself and sent them over to the lfs recently. He totally inspired me to breed these guys
Thanks Nick, probably your best video so far, Gary is an absolute legend.
I've watched quite a few of Gary's fish room tours by other channels, but none of them have shown off rainbows better than this one. The colours just pop (even when they're not "on"). The quality of your videos are up there as being some of the best in the hobby at the moment.
Gary Lange is my inspiration! currently got 5 kinds of rainbow to breed, lacustris, boesemani, forktail, parkinsoni and parva! gotta catch' em all
Always good to see Gary's room, and what he has going on. Always seems to be something new.
This has been the best tour of Gary's that I have seen to date. Excellent job thank you for taking the time to do it right! 😊
I love watching your tours so very much! Relaxing and inspiring! And the videography is great!
I've wanted rainbow fish forever and tomorrow I'll have 7 turquoise rainbows arriving from Dan's Fish! I can not wait! Rainbows are truly some of the most beautiful and interesting fish around! Thanks for this fantastic video!
Awesome video Nick, I love Gary Lange fish room tours, will watch several times for sure.
Legend! Great to see a new video from Gary's room!
I love these fish room tour videos. My love for fish really has grown through fishing and being a responsible angler that truly tries to leave nothing left but my “footprints” when I leave an area. All that being said I love seeing all these different people breeding fish and in a way persevering all these different and wonderful species. Needless to say your videos have definitely been good motivation to get back into the hobby.
I love Gary Lange's Rainbowfish! Thanks for showcasing him!
What a great guy so passionate about his fish and keeping a solid lineage going. Very interesting video Nick and thanks Gary for showing us your amazing room.
Fantastic!
great video gary is such a legend
Ohhhh so excited to 😂watch this!
Always hungry for more Rainbowfish content from Gary.
And imagine my delight at seeing one of my absolute faves highlighted!C.Bleheri,of course!❤❤
Thank you both!✌️
This was a fantastic video, I feel like I can watch it 5 more times and learn more every time.
Finally a good production quality video of Gary’s collection and thanks for letting Gary just speak like the entire time. I have wapoga red lasers now I’m hooked
thanks for this video. I did not know how many beautiful species of rainbow fish existed. awesome!!
I really love your videos, you are one of the rare fish people that actually film the fish while talking about them, thank you! I'm reconsidering getting some rainbows now :D
Wow those are some beautiful rainbows! Great tour!
The fish are incredible but so are the plants. Bravo Sir
Just Wow! Great video 👍🏽
This is amazing
I love Gary Lange fishroom videos good job on this one
Very cool Collection of fish

Heck yeah, touring and interviewing is tops for us as viewers. Keep on keeping on! The production to the people is/are spectacular
Lovely

🩷The fish and the tanks are just magnificent. I really enjoyed this. Thank you so much! Quite a story😮
Fantastic content, Nick. Intelligent, insightful and informative. Well Done, Mate.
A M A Z I N G ! That is the best collection of Rainbows I have ever seen.
Cheers from Denmark!🎉🎉❤
Love this videos!!!😍
That was incredible
EXCELLENT video‼️ 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Great job presenting Gary's fishroom! Thanks for all the effort in capturing b-roll so that people can have a better idea of just how beautiful these fish are. Love that you mentioned the Kali tawa look like American flags! Lol, Gary will come around to the suggested common name, it's too perfect.
You have me sold on the rainbow fish. Beautiful collection
I love that tank, great choice of fish, I could watch it all day! I’ve got an empty 125 I’m gonna do exactly the same
Thank you for blessing my day with this Gem of a human. The man the myth the legend Gary Lange ! ❤
Estos videos son muy inspiradores. Saludos un fan desde México.
Great tour!
OMG, each fish more lovely than the last...
Rainbows are the best! I have fifteen bosmani from you and I would love a million more!
I hope with the changes to your fish business you keep breeding rainbows 😊
Beautiful to see an update of Gary’s collection- especially with such beautiful cinematography
I love Gary’s passion for wanting everyone to be able to experience these lovely fish rather than just wanting to keep them exclusively to himself as a lot of hobbyists do to feel “elite “
Truly excellent video - would love to see Gary over in the UK some day hopefully
Now this is the video I’ve been waiting for. I can only hope my Kali Tawas look as good as his.
2 of my favorite rainbow pros!!!! The only person missing was Heiko Blair!!! interesting idea of selling mops of eggs. Great idea about hatching at higher temps. All female vs all male at certain temps. I've noticed this with shrimp also. Amazing info
Holy smoke thank you for this video ❤❤❤❤
Great video
Superb vedeo
I live 90 minutes from St Louis! Amazing fish and tanks.
I live just south of St.Louis,Mo. and this video just inspired me to set up a 55 gal Rainbow tank, Im moving my Oscar and Texas chichlid to a 125 and moving my Mbuna to the 75 and setting up the Rainbows in my old 55 gal mbuna tank. Amazing tour, I have to look into joining Garys fish club, since I live so close, plus I have perfect water conditions for Rainbows already, cant wait❤ I'll report back with my experience.
OMG! I love the Kangaroo Creek rainbows.
Finally let’s go!!
What a legend!
Echt schöne Regenbogenfische! 😀
Ohhhhhhh man now this is a video to watch
Well done Nick, I've seen a few G. Lange fish room tours on CZcams but I must say your footage is the best. I also liked the way you visually showed locations. Awesome job mate. Its a real shame we cant get so many amazing variants over here. I'm kinda wishing Gary may have given you some eggs!!!🤞🏼
The GOAT
Awsome guys!🇸🇮👍🏼🌈🐉
🇩🇰🇩🇰🤩woooooooow what a Nice and cool fishroom 🙏 thanks for sharing this video🙏🇩🇰🇩🇰
I'm not a rainbow fish super fan (the snout! On some species it looks so weird compared to the body!) though I do adore the Pseudomugil types. But this was an amazing tour and hearing Gary Lange's stories was amazing! Thanks for letting us tag along on your tour! 🙏✌️
That M. Goldiei "Dekai" 49:37 is so beautiful. ❤
My fish are loving the Bug Buffet. Crossing my fingers for a distributor in the states soon. I’d love to work it into my regular feeding schedule but , as you know, that shipping is a killer. That said, it’s good stuff and my fish are going to devour it until it’s gone. 😀
Can't wait for my Kali Tawa to grow big!!
"Bindoola Creek" were very cool to see here as a west aussie. They were discovered or at least identified as a separate species to exquisita in 2014 if I remember correctly. I've worked with the guy who discovered them, and he hasn't described them yet, so Gary remembered correctly. They live at the top of a waterfall above a population of australis, the waterfall prevents hybridisation.
Damnnnnnnnn ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ 1hour 24 mins just went like minuets
“Johnny-Rainbow-Fish-Seed”
😂👍🏻
56:35 the fish really went 👁👄👁
Those rainbows look T A S T Y
The snowball fight 🥹❤️
I understand about bad knees im 65 & have 14 fish tanks 3 dogs and 2 birds & a pet frog my kids say ive gone nuts but my pets keep me going 😆
Did you show his Chilatherina fasciata Kali biru? I didn't see them.
❤
Ohhh noo. Now I want to collect rainbow fish. And I only have one fishroom....😂
hi
what is guppy grooming can you please do a video on that
So early only 360p is available!
You must be doing all right if you can afford a trip to the US to visit Gary. Don't mind me, I'm just jealous because I'm stuck in a crappy 1 bed unit struggling to pay rent on a pension and don't have any tanks :)
It's disappointing that the Chinese are illegally mining in West Papua. Who knows how many other sites they are destroying for minerals bought will shady deals.
Some of Gary's fish were looking a bit off colour, ulcer on a fish (hopefully not Fish TB), breathing heavily, deformed tail. Hopefully he sorts these things out.
The new rainbows at the start of the video were nice. I wonder if Gerry Allen has managed to get any of them to ID them properly.
Nice video, well done :)
No joke here, and it will take me some time for one reason or another BUT man I 've got to have some rainbow fish.
Don't tell Gary his own Upper Tor look fairly orange lol. Orange males can also shift to full yellow, but the yellows cannot turn orange.
Lmfaoooooo 😂😂😂 so true tho
@jasonliang9472 the most orange male I have was bred and shipped from Gary 🙂
I’ve had some rainbows in the past and absolutely loved them. I have had some out of nowhere go into what I can only describe as like a “zombie like” state, where they start swimming a little strange agains the filter current constantly. Anyone know if that’s likely an internal parasite or something?
Man I gotta find some rainbow fish
Am I a cheap bustard if I keep only guppies and placos? I have loved them since I was 8, and that's 40 years now. I've got some yoyo loaches and loads of other bottom feeders with them, but guppies were always my favourite
👍👍👍👍
There aren't many videos on youtube that I'll watch for over an hour, I did for this one. Gary Lange is the best!!!
From 36:04 what type of swordtail is that at the top?
Do they like fast flow ?
What substrate is he using? Looks like just gravel?
