I used to have a Klee Kai German shepherd mix (rescue) and he was the best dog I ever had. He died a few months ago but he was for sure one of a kind and I will always miss him.
luvly I don’t want to put you off the breed based upon noisy Copper! He only really makes noise when he plays or I ‘talk’ to him. Other Klee Kai are less noisy and some may be more. Each dog is different!
My little Zelda hardly says a word. She's super quiet. No barking. She'll talk a little when she wants to play or go pee. Her little growl is the cutest thing ever!

But I hated when I had a 2 month old husky and people would ask if she was a pomsky which I do not like or agree with and I told them if I ever wanted a small husky I'd pick a klee over anything else your babies are beautiful!
I saw this dog when he was 8 weeks old and the cutest puppy I’ve ever seen. I fell in love right away and bought it. My baby just turned 3 years on June 3rd, my husband and I love her so much! Very smart dog! 😍But she doesn’t like to cuddle or be pet!

Please don't forget about dogs in the shelters who are forgotten. They are happy to be as much of a dog as expensive designer dogs. They are full of love.
I had a rescue husky, Aleu, who was 33 pounds and we had her for 18 years. She died this October and we are heartbroken. For Christmas my husband got us on a list for a AKK this summer. I am reading up and getting ready for our new addition. Thanks for posting I will be watching for tips.

I train my own dog too He is a mini poodle and I started training him at 5 months. And he is one year and he can sit, paw, come, stay, down, and up We are still working on come and stay but he is amazing at the other things.

Yeah, after listening to that screeching. I think I'm quite happy with my much quieter, appropriately talkative Siberian huskies. Besides, the larger ones can pull you on a sled. don't get me wrong they're absolutely adorable and there are days I wish my husky's could stay little like that forever, but then I would lose all the benefits of the larger pure breeds.
I love how Copper kept looking back at Sky during the talking demonstration, like "Sky... why aren't you backing me up? Tell em!"

My Klee Kai, Sheekie, doesn't bark that much, but she does squeal a lot when we go to greet her or come back from somewhere- hehe..

We got one but he didn't look like others so we did a DNA test and he's part shiba and he's quite an interesting character.
