- A lot of our farmer friends are struggling to make ends meet recently. We decided to pay some of them a visit, cook for them, listen to their stories and maybe help in any simple way we can. Let's all do our part to support our local farmers!

What an adorable deed “Poklee” that you remember these people. They seldom if not never receive honor or recognition from us who are the recepient of their hard work. In other countries farmers are honorable and is look up to, they are mostly rich and a rancher which is totally in contrast to our Filipino farmers. I pray with this vlog you did will be the start.. “Mabuhay Filipino farmers” You all deserve our respect and thanksgiving. Thank you Pokwang and Lee, for the great job !! God bless your family.

We totally agree, Maria Rossana, that the farmers deserve and should receive more praise and love from us. We had such a good time with all of them. So humble yet so fun to hang out with. We also made sure to cook with them (Nanay cooks an amazing pork adobo BTW!!!) and purchase some of their fruits and bigas. We are still enjoying those purchases now and they went straight to them. Thank YOU for watching and for the support!!

It was our pleasure, Mico. Everyone was so nice to us and we are STILL eating that amazing rice we picked up from your neighbours. As for the dragonfruit, they didnt last too long because Lee LOVED them and ate them so fast!! ;-) Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back to pick up more amazing produce from you!!
