The PBS program Live From Lincoln Center marked its 30th anniversary with a special episode on May 25 2006, Lincoln Center announced.
The broadcast featured highlights from the last three decades of live broadcasts, including performances by Luciano Pavarotti, Beverly Sills, Joan Sutherland, Marilyn Horne, Leonard Bernstein, Zubin Mehta, Isaac Stern, Yo-Yo Ma, Itzhak Perlman, Andr_ Watts, Stephen Sondheim, Wynton Marsalis, New York City Ballet, Peter Martins, and Natalia Makarova.
Most of the clips included in the program have not been seen since their initial broadcasts, according to Lincoln Center.
