    As the PCOD is the initial form of disease we can control the symptoms of pcod or we can give medication so that the PCOD would complicate to PCOS. So the most common advice what we give to the women suffering from PCOD are the lifestyle changes. Most of the time and also the excises these lifestyle changes include the healthy and balanced diet. So we advise women to take less carbohydrate diet and the diet which contains more of proteins as the Indian diet contains more of carbs. So we advise them to take whole wheat or the whole grains for example pulsers cereals, lentils and fiber rich food like plenty of fruits and also vegetables. So by taking this healthy and balanced di we can control control the PCOS symptoms and also advise youth or the women not to take the junk food or the outside food which contains more of unhealthy we can say the cheese or the butter. So we also advise them to do regular exercises that is a regular physcal activity for at least 1 hour per day so that the symptoms of PCOS can be reduced. [Music]
